UPDATE:I reached out to a manager and they replaced the item for me. I am satisfied with this resolution.Multiple broken pieces, looks like box was a return, no hardware. Contacted Omlet and even though almost everything is broken they are making me pack up this piece of garbage and send it back to them. This is my second Omlet. I will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware.
