I bought them as gifts for my closest friends! You always need a triggerpoint therapy! (I am a massage therapist lol)

These massage balls have changed my life. This is the second set I buy. Excellent quality as well. They are very easy to pack as well.

Love the selection in sizes! I do massage therapy and therapeutic exercise training and these are perfect! They are solid and seem like they will last a long time! They really help relieve the pain associated with standing all day and are easy to carry! Highly effective!

These balls are great sizes for applying pressure to muscle attachments and insertions and on tsubo points.They are all three really hard. I would have liked one to be quite a bit softer for working with deep seated problems in a more gentle way. Now I have to look for one somewhere else. But overall good value.

These are things you didn't know you were missing until you use them.They work better than massages because you direct exactly where to apply them.
