One Degree Organic Foods Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour, Certified Non-GMO & Vegan Flour for Baking, Plant Based & Organic Bread Flour (4 Pack, 80 Oz. Each)

Hubby and I are trying to eat healthier and bread is a tough one. After doing lots of research, I ordered this brand of organic, non-GMO sprouted wheat flour and made a loaf of bread using my bread machine and one of my go-to recipes. However, I modified it a little: in place of milk, I used Kiefer, which is a fermented milk and has lots of probiotics (I've been using it in my morning smoothies lately), I used Kerry Gold butter (which is grass fed), I added a half cup of organic, non-GMO oats (to give the bread a softer texture), I added 2 tablespoons of seed mix (Chia, flax and hemp) and used organic brown sugar.I tell you what, it tastes so amazingly good! 🤩😋Thank you for a fabulous product!

So, I received a single 5lb bag - the listing says in the title that it will be 4 x 80 oz (5lb) bags. The price was about right, maybe slightly high, for a 5lb bag, but if it’d been 4 x 5lb bags it would have been quite the deal! …it is not.I do love this floor for bread. It makes my home bakes so tasty! This is the only reason I didn’t remove any stars for the listing error.The bag I received expires in 8 months from the time of receipt. It took 3+ weeks to get here for some reason, but it finally arrived ok. The packaging also doesn’t match the pictures in the listing, but the product is correct. It seems they haven’t updated the listing very well.

I really noticed the difference in taste in my cookies.

I made Irish Soda Bread with it and it was fabulous, very hearty!

Reasonable price for the product.Very prompt delivery.Durable packaging.A good choice of bread flour. More digestible for those with special dietary needs.

The sprouted whole wheat grains are as healthy as flour can get, my father loves the bread I make with it, I put just a little extra water and just a little more yeast, it comes out fantastic, also I ad a little cinnamon and raisins and make a great raisin bread, larger sandwich loaf and smaller raisin bread loaf, breaded some cod with it tonight, I love this product

I love this flour because it is glyphosate free. It is whole wheat so it will change the texture of what you make!Example:Cookies - a little more gritty.Bread - more heavy.But it is great if you are looking for a healthier non glyphosate whole wheat flour.

I use this in my Peasant Bread recipe which I make several times a week. It adds extra nutrition and a bit of nuttiness to the bread. It's great quality and is easily digested. Highly recommend!
