Quality was excellent
My cat actually liked it better than the hard one she usually cries all the way and from the vet. Was completely quiet. High quality. Cat is tall and can stand in the crate.

A good carrier
Held up without any issues for two years of back and forth to college! It is starting to break open in spots now- where the white metal frame can be seen. But that is to be expected after heavy use.
