The eyewash valve sheared off the insert. We cannot find a replacement that fits and the seller refused to help supply (I am will to purchase it). I bought a new eye bowl hoping to take the insert out and move it, but the valve is different. As you might guess, it only gets used for monthly testing and should not have failed.

Every Joint leaks and I have had to go to the plumbing supply to replace all the parts on this individually! Do not purchase! I would have sent it back but need it to pass an inspection! Amazon should not carry this product!

For the price. It’s junk! Cheap and had to retread the ends due to leaks
