I was a little bit skeptical at first about these heel cushions as I figured that they would not stay stuck on for very long, but I was wrong. I have had mine in my work boots for a couple of months now and they are still working fine. They have not started peeling or anything. Very good heel protection and they stay in place wherever you put them, I am constantly pulling my boots off and putting them back on and these cushions have not moved. Excellent pain relief, no more heel rubbing. The ones I purchased are thick but you can purchase different thickness’s. Fit as described.

These stuck surprisingly well to the inside of my shoes (even on the fabric lining) which I was very impressed with. They're soft and comfortable on the ankle as well. My only complaint (to no fault of the product maybe) is that there is so much padding that they tend to push your foot forward a noticeable amount so it in effect "shrinks" your shoe slightly. I found that these pushed my toes closer to the end of the sneaker, enough to feel like it was maybe a half size too small. They're great but be aware of how much room you may have to spare in regards to the length of the shoe you're putting them in.

I recently bought a pair of shoes, pretty expensive. Only problem was the right shoe fit perfectly, the left was very loose to the point of my foot slipping out of it with every step. My daughter recommended that I try shoe pads. Honestly I didn’t even know what that was. Went on Amazon and found Dr Foot Heal Pads in black. I used2 pads, one pad didn’t cut it. After doubling up the pad, the shoe fits great and so far have no issues with them. Good product, did the job, and are comfortable. Did the trick.

These made my doc Martins more comfortable but one side didn’t stick well after one day of wear.

Heel part of my loafers it sticks very easily, very comfortable and took care of the gap. Good quality, good comfort easy to use.

I had work shoes that would rub on my heels and make blisters. I got these to help and they did! They were very easy to attach and stayed on for the longest time! I love that it came with a shoe horn. I used it every time to put them on, just to ensure my heel wouldn’t take it off. I would buy these again!

I liked these enough to reorder them since these definitely made my shoes more comfortable.Holes started to form after about 8 months of weekly use though. Meaning I used these in formal shoes that I wear on a weekly but not daily basis. I don’t walk too much in the shoes I used these in either due to having an office job.Didn’t expect these to be a permanent fix but I’ve definitely had others last longer than this.

Can not stick very well after several days use

They are super sticky, and stay in place for quite a while. Not great on shoes that have suede lining.I bought these to help fill out a pair of shoes that I love. They do the job perfectly. My heels aren't being scraped.
