Recipe idea: Farfalle with artichokes and olives with mint flavour. For 4 people: 350 g Barilla Farfall. 20 g green olive oil. 1 glass of white wine. 8 Artichokes 30 g tomatoes. 1 garlic clove. Mint as desired. Preparation: Artichokes for 3 minutes. Boil in water. Add a shot of olive oil, chopped garlic, tomatoes, olives and wine to the pan. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes. Boil Fartrap in water until they are al dente. Pour sauce over with the artichokes. Garnish dish with ground black pepper and finely chopped, fresh mint - done!
