Lots of wasted space, and poor design...
I wanted to like this, but when I received it, I saw how the units were to be attached to the racks themselves — double-sided foam tame — and all of the wasted space inside the case itself. I wound up returning it unused because it just was too bulky for the amount of gear that it holds.

This case is the best thing since sliced bread for transporting wireless mics.

Not compatible with SHURE BLX288 series.
With regards to the GM-W4R case, it does hold 4 wireless microphones and is beautifully built, but is not compatible with Shures BLX288 series, which was disappointing and unusable in my application. The receiver does not fit in rack nor in case.If you have Shure mics, make sure that you have the individual, shorter receiver or they will not fit. The rack is a great idea, but I wish they had a wider version.
