TaoTronics LED Desk Lamp with USB Charging Port, Eye-Care Dimmable Table Light with 5 Color Temperatures x 5 Brightness Levels, Memory Function, Touch Control, Metal, Silver [Energy Class A]

I bought this as a replacement for a Napatek LED lamp that was supposed to be a smart lamp and wireless charger. The lamp never worked properly and the company stopped responding to my emails about replacing it so I swapped ifmt for this.Overall this is a great quality desk lamp, it's nice a sturdy and has good adjustability on the lighting levels and warmth.This lamp also has the benefit of being able to reach forward as well as tilt so you can more a less get it illuminating over the middle of the desk.The only think I would have liked is for the LED's to be able to tilt back on themselves so you can fold them 180 degrees over, which would be good for ambient lighting in the corner of the room. Philips Hue offer something like this.The stand is sturdy and the only downside for me with this is the size of the base. I like to use this lamp in the top corner of the desk with the round base being quite large, it sort of hangs over the edges of the desk a bit which spoils the look slightly. I guess this is to help its balance if you have the lamp tilted forward. My old lamp had a much smaller weighted square base which fitted the top corner of the desk much better.

I liked everything about this lamp and disliked nothing. The packaging it came in was brilliant, very simple and neat, easy to get out (I have a real problem with many packaging manufacturers- you shouldn't have to cut your fingers getting something out a box?)The lamp has no assembly required, it just unfolds- well you have to unfold it! You just touch the base lightly and it goes on. Changing the light strength and colour is the same. Very adjustable in terms of angles of the arm and light unit. Quality of material and construction is extremely good. You could pay twice the price and not be dissatisfied.I was most impressed by the attitude of the manufacturer, once I bought it I received an e mail from Tao Tronics giving advice about the lamp and contact details if I was unhappy in any way. Ok I know it's a standardised e mail but along with the quality of the product- well done Tao Tronics!

Why did I struggle-on with inadequate, classic desk-lights for so long?This sturdily built, beautifully designed desk-light can be adjusted for brightness and colour-temperature. During this Winter, I even have it on during the day in my office, to help with lighting to desk area when taking notes.I rarely bother with the room lights and alter the colour from white/blue in the morning to warmer subdued light in the evening.The only downside for me, the power-on switch emits a feint blue light, which I cover at night, because even thought it makes a nice nightlight for some, I prefer no light pollution at night.

This is a functional desk lamp. It's design is clean and it appears well made. It's flexibility in terms of orientation and the range of colour temperatures and brightness are great. I've had no need to use the USB power outlet on the back but it's a nice touch if you want to trickle charge your mobile phone.I needed a receipt as this was a work expense - setting up a home office during lockdown. Customer Support were very polite and prompt. Great customer experience.

TaoTronics LED lamp is excellent, well made looks cool, light is bright, and good colour balance.

Lamp has a good design and a large number of settings. It makes a great office lamp.

Used as a desk light and has a good range of light levels, However it has reduced level of flexibility due to the design allowing only movement up and down with no option to direct the light sideways.

A friend recommended this light with much enthusiasm.. I purchased this light and I’m 💯 over the moon with the light, as soon as I’m at my deck day or evening the light is on. I like the white light as it’s for me natural.
