Fixed 3 Slipped Discs
You read that right. I used these boots for 3 days after suffering from 3 slipped discs for 3 months. Within 3 day (5 minutes each hang) my slipped discs did not hurt anymore. I was back to running, muay thai, and kayaking without pain. Did it "cure" the problem? Who FN knows. All I know is that my back does not hurt anymore. I trust these and highly recommend them to anyone with back issues.

The boots feel very sturdy and durable. Heavy duty.
Just tried these for the first time. I’ve never done anything like this but at this point I’m willing to try anything for back pain… I don’t have the inversion bar. I’m using my disabled son‘s overhead. Patient lift motor which has a hand controller, because my body strength is not strong enough to get myself off of a bar with these on that, way I’m able to lower and lift myself and build up my tolerance to do this. I’m a very nervous person and have very bad anxiety, but it felt weird The first time. I will definitely have to build up my tolerance with the weight hanging from my ankles.

Great for Pre Stretching
I always stretch before I workout. As someone who is aging and has experienced back issues for a long time, these have helped immensely. They take up far less space than an inversion table and have helped me reach a further stretch very quickly. They only slight downfall is they get a little uncomfortable in the front when you hang for long periods. It might help if I used socks, but I don't. Definitely a good purchase. The pros far outweigh the small con.

Good padding
This is a well-thought-out product. It even has a little safety feature to keep the latch from accidentally being kicked open. The padding is very comfortable and you can tell that it is made with good material and strong steel for the hooks.

Very good value and quality for the price; just verify bar size first
These do exactly what they are supposed to do. I don't use them much because my bar is 2" in diameter and these are designed for a 1" diameter bar, so it takes focus to keep them securely attached. But that's a lack of foresight on my part, not a product deficiency.

I love these things
Heavy duty, i hang upside down with them. Their pretty snug, but if i needed to i could probably slip out of them.

Did not work for me…
This is my second set of inversion boots. My experience with the first set was much better—involving much better comfort and fit. First set has two adjustable straps and the length of boot coverage provided much greater comfort. I could wear the first set with ease. This most recent item was promptly returned… tried to make them work, but could not manage more than 5 minutes of the pain on my feet. Not being adjustable is also a problem… felt as if they could slip off.
