I have dealt with frizzy hair for years, especially in the back, and used John Frieda Frizz Ease Secret Weapon Touch-Up Crème - Anti-Frizz Styling Cream after drying my hair on the ends and fly aways.I recently started to think about using product that decreases frizz before i dried it and decided on purchasing John Frieda Frizz Ease Beyond Smooth Frizz Immunity Shampoo & Conditioner, Bundle together on Amazon was only $19.00 AND John Frieda Frizz Ease Extra Strength Hair Serum, Nourishing Hair Oil for Frizz Control, Heat Protectant with Argan & Coconut Oil, since i have loved the styling cream so much.Prior to drying my hair and after a touch of towel drying, i sectioned off my hair. Back and both sides separate. I used 1 pump on the back, it is quite thick, thinner hair may only need 1/2 pump, and focusing about 2 inches from the root down to the end ends.Massaging it in and really working through the ends of hair. Then 1 & 1/2 pump (to use on BOTH sides), doing the same thing, 1-2 inches down from the root to the ends. It clearing states do not use on the root, so i made sure not to go there, it may make your hair feel odd, since you really do not style the root.I have used other products like this in the past & left somewhat of a sticky thickish texture to my hair which i did not like. After working all the product through my hair, blow dry as normal and i am extremely happy with the results. NO sticky film, doesn't feel thick at all and most importantly, NO FRIZZ.I really wish i had came to the realization that John Frieda has been in the hair care business for decades and they would have exactly what i was looking for in a haircare system. I will not be buying anymore expensive salon products anymore (which i had just recently done!) and NO it did not help with my frizzy hair at all. I is unfortunate i cannot return them but, on the flip side, John Frieda has everything i need at a price i can AFFORD!!

This is a serum that really works! After just 2 uses, I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

It is a very good, light weight oil to control frizz. And for the most part does the trick. I have noticed that the frizz starting to come back the next day and I don't want to add more oil to my hair, so I have to use another product. But overall on the first day it works great!

It's super light and leaves your hair shiny and feeling soft. It can be used on both wet and dry hair, which makes it a perfect addition to your daily routine.

Great product for curly hair.

When I tried this on it made my hair so silky, shiny and frizz free, but after about 30 ish minutes or just moving my hair around quite a bit, it went back to normal, though it did help with the frizz a little bit, maybe you have to reapply it over and over again...if your looking for something that's stays on longer, I'm not sure if I'd recommend this to you, but if your looking for something that tames the frizz for a little bit, this should probably do the trick.

This product works really good. There are no fly aways. It dosent make your hair greasy. I little dab will do. Helps strengthes your hair and protects against heat from your curling wand or straightener. Its odorless and makes your hair soft. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have long, straight hair that used to be brown and is now 50-70% grey. Pre-pandemic I had short hair for years, so having a hair care "routine" is something I've never needed before. Managing the dry, frizzy grey hair at this length is new too, and as the first pic from my old job shows, it was just going everywhere. I was feeling really unkempt despite my argan oil shampoo and conditioner, boar bristle brush, keeping hair in a protective style while sleeping, etc.I read that John Frieda products were good for frizz, so I ordered this serum, the Secret Weapon Frizz Ease cream, and the Day 2 oil.I applied this one after a shower, and was immediately impressed by how SOFT my hair felt. I used one pump and smoothed it over the portion of hair that would be in a ponytail, and ended up using 1 1/2 more for the ends and at my temples, which are the wildest spots.The best I can describe is that my hair felt like it did before I started going grey. I could run my fingers through it smoothly and have them glide and not catch on frizz tangles, and it sits like it has weight to it, but not oily or heavily so.I let it air dry and brought the Secret Weapon and my brush to work. It did start to frizz up, so I've applied about 6 pea sized dollops along the front edges of my hair, the ends, and the underside. The second picture is the result. My hair has been very dry for a long time, so I feel pretty confident that with these and the Day 2 treatment and a hot oil treatment once a week, I can maintain a good texture on my hair.It just feels so nice! I can't stop petting my hair; I had forgotten what soft and manageable was like :)
