I gave this to my princess obsessed granddaughter for her birthday. She loves playing with it and likes to change all the outfits and accessories. It is magnetic so the pieces stay on the figure. Some of the accessories are small so have to make sure my younger granddaughter does not get a hold of it. It has a nice storage box - but there is no cover to it and pieces do fall out when she carries it around. A great toy - good for her fine motor skills and imagination.

Absolutely love M&D products, they are always top quaility. My daughter loves paper dolls, so we decidee to try this wooden magnetic doll. She loved how easy it was to get the pieces on and off vs paper dolls. I love that she is able to use this over and over, unlike the paper dolls that don't last long with a 4 yo.My only complaint, which unfortunately I've had with quite a few products from M&D is the packaging. The doll set comes on a beautiful painted wooden box, but without any type of lid. So, I yet again have the delimia of trying to keep it in the box w/o it being spilled everywhere or putting it in something else. My daughter always wants it to stay in the box, and I don't blame her. So, I end up having to put a freezer bag around it to keep it from spilling. Unfortunately, this box is a bit too long to actually close the bag.

My 4 year old loves these Magnet princesses. My 2 year old also enjoys it too! They are easy to use and a lot of fun. I love that each one has a ton of outfit options!

Durability lacking in paper dolls, but with the imagination and fun. I love that it comes with a storage tray. This was purchased for my nieces 5th birthday. She was very excited!

I loved paper dolls as a child. Our little one was turning 3. I love Mellisa and Doug products. I knew she would love them and she does!! She loves the Disney Princesses. We got to her party a little early and we let her open it first so I could sit and play with her. They are so well made and will last for years but there is a problem that I need to address. The front of the product is clear plastic so you see what is in the box. But, when you remove the cellophane, there is no top and she will have tiny arms and crowns, hats, and shoes all over the house. Why would such a trusted brand not have a way to keep everything together? Of course, I had to give this 5 stars because of the quality and the ability of a 3rd birthday girl to easily remove the crown on mine, put another one on, and tell me, "No, she needs this hat." It is a wonderful gift from a brand I trust. Now, just have a way to keep all of the pieces together or they will all end up in the vacuum cleaner when the house keeper comes.
