motor and esc are hi quality. motor is bad fast!! and with a 3s battery its hard to pin it without the truck flipping over backwards!! top speed is probably 35mph. it will keep up with a losi super baja rey. losi is a much bigger truck and running an 8s battery with a motor the size of a coke can!! fans quit working but the components really dont get hot. im running these batterys in my slashes, their super small but last as long as my larger batteries, OVONIC 3S Lipo Battery 50C 2200mAh 11.1V Lipo Battery with Dean-Style T Connector for RC Airplane Quadcopter Helicopter FPV Drone. small, light, powerful.

I bought a Traxxas Rustler 2wd brushed and immediately replaced the motor with this on recommendation from a friend. Wow, there’s so much torque I’ve gotta take some lead outta my finger cause I can’t keep it on the ground if I mash it, if I firmly but not aggressively accelerate the car rips and is faaast, using 3s. I’m very impressed with the setup and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again, that’s why I bought two. You get your money’s worth and then some. A+++++

I put this in a 1/10 losi rock rey that someone had thrown out. I tried a few different brushed motors but they struggled with the high gearing.This motor has some serious torque in a 550 size. I've only run it on 2s so far and had to adjust my suspension to keep it from flipping. It still twists enough to make it get sideways on the pavement but that's just tuning.I have a brushed surpass motor that I love and it came with a programing card, this one didn't and unfortunately they're not compatible with brushless.I'd been wanting/waiting for a deal like this to finally get a chance to drive this thing and I was very pleased to see this truck jump back to life.

I purchased this set up based on price curiosity. I wanted to see if the performance was still there at that price. The answer is yes I put this combo in my HPI maverick quantum and it performs awesome handles 3s no problem. Durable and super easy to install. I recommend 👌

The media could not be loaded. I’ve have the motor+ecu combo for about 2 months. I love it I think it’s a great and powerful setup, my level of trust went down when I saw 135 on the thermometer (for the ecu) and I was wondering if this is normal?

Great budget build set-up or for someone new to the hobby. It runs cool (if geared properly) and is rather quick for a cheap 3s system. I highly recommend this combo!

Quiet fast and runs cool have ten batteries ran through it all 3s and this combo has out done itself in my opinion

It burned up within 2 or 3 times of use. Then took months to get a return and had to get Amazon involved to get my refund taken care of
