Prepac Double Drawer Dresser, 17.5" D x 59" W x 29" H, Cherry

Simple review here. It’s a great dresser for the price. It’s fairly sturdy and has plenty of space for what we needed. A lot of reviews say it’s a pain to put together but honestly it wasn’t that bad. I think people get overwhelmed if they see a lot of pieces coming out of box and they have to put it together but honestly just separate each piece and follow the instructions step by step don’t think of the whole project just step by step and you will glide right through no issues. It looks great in our new bedroom we just built. It’s not the best of quality but it is great for what you are paying! I would recommend this dresser. But do suggest using a drill as it makes putting it together WAY easier and faster!

Color looks great, materials you can see aren't as durable but for someone that takes care of things it will last.Build it with someone else I built it by myself and took me hours hahaha. Instructions can be a bit better but they are clear enough and you don't need a drill to put it together.

For reference, I’m a 22 year old girl who goes to the gym and can lift pretty heavy. I could NOT move this package into my room. I had to open it up and carry the individual wooden boards out. So if you’re single or planning to do this alone like I did, be aware that this package is very heavy. Overall, it took me a little over 3 hours to build. I don’t have any electric tools, so I hand screwed all of the nails and everything. It seems pretty sturdy, I didn’t have any missing parts and overall it was not super hard to put together. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the inside of the drawers is not painted white. The outside and everything on the dresser itselfis white (except for one board in the back that is just a regular wooden board with no paint), but once you open a drawer it’s just the cheap wooden board without any paint. In my opinion that makes it feel a bit cheap that they didn’t paint every board for the drawers. However, for the price point I can’t really be mad, it was just a little disappointing because I didn’t know it was going to be like that. I was assuming everything was going to be white. The pictures don’t show you this so just be aware that the inside of your drawers will not be painted. But they’re gonna be filled with clothes anyway so I don’t really mind. All in all, for the price point, it’s a great buy!

So I just finished putting it together andthis is what I think. Very heavy sturdy material. Exactly what I wanted and not too expensive. Here is the flaws. I’m missing one screw for the drawers. There were some defects on the wood. Nothing that was too harmful just some extra material left behind. The instructions were not great. It was missing a whole step but I am an engineer and realized it. It also missing some details with the red and blue railing. Hard to figure out which goes where. Used mostly my judgment. There are also these white pieces that screw into the bottom of the drawers that don’t really fit. It cracked the wood on the first drawer I put it on and another is just got smashed. I will let u know how it stands up to usage.

I bought two for my daughter's room. Do far they seem like great quality. None of the materials were labeled like stated in the manual but they were easy enough to figure out which was which. All the hardware was properly labeled and the hardware for all the drawers were separated and put in a bag together. Made it very easy to split up the task and have one person build the drawers.One of the dresser sets were missing a screw and a drawer pull, I emailed them like stated on the instructions and within 20 minutes I received a response and tracking information for the parts bring sent to me. I received them in 3 days. It was great!Overall a good product. I would buy more.

This dresser was easy to assemble. I believe it suggested two to build but I completed by myself for the most part. Very nice piece. Sturdy and a nice size that will grow with my 7 year old daughter.

Took a total of 2 hours and 25 minutes to put together by myself with a screw driver instead of a drill. All the pieces were there and nothing was damaged. Only issue I had was that somethings I had to lay out exactly the way it showed on the instructions because it didn’t have the little stickers that said which piece was which, so it took a little longer trying to double check that I was using the right panels. Other than that it’s a great dresser for a great price!

A good sturdy & inexpensive dresser. The drawers aren’t particularly deep or spacious; we’re mostly using these to store bed linens (small apartment with no linen closet) and as a TV stand for our bedroom.Giving 4 stars because it was a total pain to assemble. Took my fiancé and I 3.5 hours to put it together. The instruction booklet is for a few different kinds of dressers that the company produces so the instructions are vague. The pieces are not labeled, so you have to guess which piece is what. The booklet also just completely skipped over a step (where you have to put the top of the dresser on before attaching the upper backing).The wood also came damaged (see 2nd picture), which is especially a shame because it is exterior facing. There was also some kind of dried adhesive drips on the bottom of the faces of one of the drawers.Overall, it is a good and sturdy dresser. I just wish it were easier & faster to assemble, and that all of the pieces had arrived fully clean and not damaged.

Very nice, good quality.

Bought this as part of the full set for our bedroom. Each piece looks very nice when assembled. We love the colour and style. But the major flaw with all of them is that the veneer on the tops is thinner than tissue paper and scratches too easily. It chips away from sharp edges if you brush against it.

Nous avions acheté cette commode pour notre chambre à coucher . Le produit est arrivé brisé à certains endroit . De plus , aucun numéro est affiché pour nous aider dans l'assemblage, autant pour les outils que les pièces. Nous devons jouer à la devinette. Bref , il est clair que nous avons payé dans le vide . Très décevant. Je met un 3* parce que le meuble est quand même très beau lorsqu'il est assemblé .
