Excellent portable Air Conditioner. Noise is not to loud, the automation is very useful as is the remote control. A plus is you have no water to remove/pour away and the filter is easy to remove and clean.I highly recommend this air-con for the price, so much so that I have purchased a second one for elsewhere in the house.Score is A+ Seller A+ Goods

This is the quietest Air cooler, Keeps the room at a steady temperature . My Room is quiet a size and I put it on and straight away it starts to make a difference. It also lets you know what temperature the room is , even when the cooler is off.Good buy.

I am very pleased don’t understand your Stats against Warmth as it the opposite.Very good AC unit does a great job cooling down a room .Very heavy if you want to move downstairs.I am very happy with this AC unit

I like that’s it’s very easy to use, light to move around and the noise level is bearable.Amazing coolness and is a nice compact shape.

With temperatures soaring in the past few years, where I live the house gets stuffy, so getting some kind of air conditioning has become a must. I bought this to try remedy this. I picked this mainly for the silent system aspect. The conditioner itself is fairly good, but silent it’s not, it’s very loud, even in eco mode. It’s loud & vibrates allot so the noise aspect is a bit of an issue, but it does cool off the room. I think for the price, I did expect allot better. I wouldn’t really recommend this product if you wanted it running long term.

Does take a bit of getting used to,biggest disappointment is the noise ,I bought this model and spent extra just for the silent mode. It's no quieter than my cheap model from Argos when the compressor kicks in . Cooling is ok for 12000BTU but I expected better . The remote works but you do have to play around with it to find how it works as per the instructions ,it can be confusing as you expect it to work differently.Sleep mode is impressive on paper but you can't sleep with it on as every time the compressor kicks in it wakes you up. When it's not cooling ie the compressor is on, the fan is fairly quiet .Eco mode is just a mode that automatically switch the compressor on and off but there is no way to set the temperature which seems odd !The conditioner is wide and heavy to move and direction of air can only be adjusted from side to side ,not up and down.To sum up fairly satisfied with unit but expected better and feel I should have gone for a cheaper model and got the same spec.

The unit looks very nice and is really cool but wish that it had a slim hose head to fit inside the oval window slide

paid £360 for the 12k btu unit and so much better than my last 9k btu aircon. but best thing seems to be that it expels all moisture with the air exhaust and runs for hours on end without the need for a drainage hose. one downside is that you cant adjust the vertical trajectory of the air - it points 45 degrees up and that's your lot.
