Kingston Brass KB245AL Twin Handle Tub and Shower Faucet with Decor Lever Handle, Oil Rubbed Bronze,5-Inch Spout Reach , Oil-Rubbed Bronze

I originally purchased a Moen Alder set from a big box store which turned out to be a terrible product, it was made cheap and didn't work at all. I found the Kingston Brass and ordered it. What a difference in products. The Kingston is heavier materials and made solid with no plastic parts on them. Works great and was easy to install even though my house is an older house with older plumbing.

This is a great looking addition to the bathroom. My tub/shower is white-and I mean white and this is a fantastic addition to the appearance of the area-breaks up the white wonderfully.I received no plastic pieces - everything came unassembled and naturally had to have a plumber come in to assemble and install as I had not a clue what piece went where.I really like the duel handles-I had the single knob prior to this unit and I could never get the exact water temperature I wanted. With the duel handles it is so much easier to adjust water temperature. The handles do feel loose but plumber said that is not an issue. The shower head is great-I have the flow I need and want.Very nice unit. I feel the price is right too. So far no complaints.

My faucet was installed by a professional plumber two months ago. I am the only one who uses the shower—every other day, generally speaking. Today the hot water handle came off in my hand when I tried to turn the water on. I was not happy! I have used these faucet handles with extreme care in order to avoid stripping the threads, so I’m seriously questioning the quality of my purchase.

Quality product! I have purchased Kingston Brass for 15 years and they are still in use.

06/15/2022 3.5 years after install and The seam in the mold is now leaking and sprayed water inside the wall until it was loud enough to hear, now there is major drywall damage! Worst purchase I have ever made! Looks great but shortly after install the shower head still sprays water whenever you turn the water on. Pretty sure the valve just doesn’t close all the way when the faucet plunger is open, we lived with that until the leak. Amazon won't help and Kingston Brass warranty is useless. Been contacting them for 6 days back and forth so I gave up and replaced with a better quality. This is just far too much work to compromise with sub par materials and below average customer service companies.

So disappointed, but nothing to be done now as the contractor installed while I was not there. I've never seen handles or a shower head so tiny! They look ridiculous.

I was a little Leary when ordering because it had been opened. But they were in perfect condition and worked perfectly.
