My understanding of the benefit of this product is on immunity. For a long time, we have been familiar with the benefits of bovine colostrum from the immunoglobulins and other nutrients on immunity, guts, and skin health. Now this product has another player, transfer factor from T cells, for a similar but more specific benefit to enhance the activity of immune cells. There is a lot of research on this topic and the benefits might be real. It is worthwhile to try, but you probably won't see an effect since this bottle would only lasts for 2 and a half weeks. This product has 100mg transfer factor with 400mg colostrum. It is on a lower end, but there are two agents inside. The daily dose is 4-6 capsules. They are pretty small to facilitate swallowing.

I've compared the nutrients and this one has a lot. In 1 capsule, it has 400 mg of colostrum and 100 mg of transfer factor. In another brand that I have been taking that also has really quality ingredients, 3 capsules has 1000 mg of colostrum and 500 mg of prebiotic. Each one has different stuff in it so it's not exactly comparing apples to apples, but this one recommends 4 to 6 capsules per day which will add up to 1600 mg - 2400 mg of colostrum. Overall this is a good bottle that supports your immune system.

I like the ingredients and it does seem like they source good quality ingredients. Everything that's in them is there to help support your immune system and I do like the use of colostrum. However you only get 100 capsules and the serving is 4-6 capsules per day which ends up being 16-25 days worth which is VERY expensive if you are taking the max dosage. The capsules are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste and no side effects noted.

Strong believer in colostrum based on research and many years of experience using it. The Transfer Factor aspect is something new for me to try to supplement specifically. Do a little research and see if it's worth a shot for you. I am starting these and there are no issues with swallowing the capsule. No taste problems. No negatives. At least the colostrum is a plus. Find this interesting and am hopeful.
