I am over the moon with this computer, I have had a computer for years now and it is on the way out slow in fact very slow 20mins to warm up, and been late on in years me not the computer, I did not want to spend a lot on a new one, so after spotting this one I thought what a bargain, its fasts and nice and compact a lot better than my big tower one, so yes I would recommend it to any one wanting a better computer, and also the after sales service is fantastic

Bought to replace an ancient all-in-one, I admit I wasn't expecting much but this is a solid computer for general work stuff. I'm not going to be rendering any 3D models on it, but for working on documents, being on Teams, listening to music and other simple tasks it works absolutely fine!The model I got doesn't have any knocks or scratches anywhere, came well packaged, and worked out of the box with no issues. Does have an old version of the BIOS so I can't use a VM which is a touch annoying, but there is probably a fix for that somewhere!

Arrived quickly. Looked brand new and easy install of Windows 10. Although the supplied wifi adapter wasn't recognised until after I installed windows 10 via an already owned wifi adapter that didn't need driver installation. I disabled my wifi adapter in device manager, shut down, replaced my adapter with supplied adapter, re-booted and the adapter was installed with little fuss. Was considering replacing the hard drive with an SSD but fast enough so no need. Made the SILLY MISTAKE OF BUYING PS2 ADAPTERS thinking they'd work on any usb keyboard/mouse but they need to have special in-built controllers so will have to buy PS2 keyboard and mouse at some point. (Using other machine's kb and ms).Pleased with win 10 pro and performance. Recommended for HO, browsing, youtube, skype, Teams.

Do not Buy, I am having to replace it after 12 Months as I can't stand the pain any more!

Fantastic value for money. Basic P.C. with plenty of features, including an office app, easy set up and plenty of USB ports. Connected to my printer/scanner with ease (unlike my Chromebook). Does everything I require at a bargain price.

Got my HP Elite 8300 i5 3470 today, connected monitor, keybord and mouse switched on and everything was up and runing with no problems, this computer is going to run my cnc machine. Its been runing now for 3 to 4 hours and everything is working as it should. Thanks

I love this. It works and I am pleased I got it. I also liked the sweeties that came with it. They have been very helpful and I would recommend getting this item. I cannot add anything about gaming as I don't game. What is she like!!!!Thank You

i could not fault this item, it was ordered and it was delivered the next day well packed ,easy to install no problems at all UNTIL(new update 3 month later) while in use it turned off and would not turn back on checked the power supply no problem still unable to restart the computer reported it to amazon he said just wrap it up and send it back for full refund i did this and received the full refund I am worried about all the information it will contain ie banking etc amazon said we will wipe it clean when it arrive hoping they keep their word with that change password to be safe
