Sturdy
Lightweight but sturdy. Holds plates well and almost invisible.

Perfect for Pasta type bowls
These stands are perfect for my pasta style bowls that go with my holiday china. I wanted to display them with the rest but the grooves in the cabinet didn't work for bowls. I was so pleased these held them perfectly and can be adjusted to lean in exactly the position you want. Very sturdy, I imagine they would hold more weight, as well, if necessary.

Quite sturdy!
I was pleasantly surprised by these. They are much sturdier than you would guess just from looking at the picture or even from holding them in your hand. The back (the part that bends up) is on VERY tightly and will stay exactly where you put it.I bought these to display books and card sets for my gift shop. Some people have mentioned they would like to use them for dishes. I think that they are more than enough to stand up to an average plate, picture frame, decorative bowl, books. The only limitation you would have is the physics - after a certain point, an item would be too top heavy and flip the whole thing over. This would be fairly easy to establish.I have one book that is about as big as a ream of printer paper and it was just a tad too long for this display to hold it up by itself. I still used it but had to lean the top of the book against the back of the bookshelf; however, the little feet at the bottom keep the book from sliding off the shelf, so it's still very useful. I also displayed some wall calendars using them, and was surprised that the calendars did not tip over the display. They are pretty light though. Would buy again.

Very Impressive Quality and Function
These are very high quality - very well-made and worth the price. The shape may be off-putting for those looking for the triangular ones, but these are actually better because the bar can be moved any angle, (AND has a rubber bumber which prevents sliding) thus allowing you more flexibility as to what angle you want to display your thingie. Just be careful that you do lift the bar as instructed, while holding the feet down firmly on a table surface while raising the bar. The bar is purposefully hinged pretty tightly so as to stay at the desired angle, but because of that, you could accidentally break the plastic feet part if you just pry it apart in the air like a wild person.

Great for Smaller Items
These are terrific stands for smaller pictures, artwork, etc. They're very adjustable so they will work with almost anything you need to help stand up for display (unlike those bi-fold wooden ones that are not adjustable). The clear plastic feet are discrete and don't compete for attention with whatever item you're displaying.

Best stand out there! Look no further
I looked at a ton of options for stands for a trade show we were doing to display our products. I tried the split holders used for plates and the lack of adjustment made it difficult to direct the product the way we wanted. These are just perfect! The adjustable piece is stiff enough to hold something probably several pounds (ours is only a few ounces), but not too stiff to adjust easily. If anyone is looking for an ideal stand for a small product, look no further. Highly recommended and the price was great too.

Perfect for plates: dishes: platter displays.
These are awesome. Tight hinges (I wanted them tight... others I’ve purchased go weak right away and won’t stand up my plates). They are small but work perfect for platters, egg plates, dinner plates. Very very happy with these! Side note: you can’t find these these smaller ones in the stores. I’ve looked everywhere. And these are such a great deal.

It works
1. The package is bad. The box is too small for the amount of holders. It came torn apart. Not a big deal.2. The lever should be attached to the base by a screw, not crimped, in case we need to adjust tension.3. The base should have a horizontal bar in the front to support round object. In my case, the 10cm coin drops to the glass surface underneath.I summary the holder is nice and functional but it needs improvements to become mainstream. I will keep it.
