Aswome mouse, Improved my gamplay greatly!
My old mouse was the Roccat Kova+ which was just over a year old and to be honest I love this mouse, plugged it in the pc loaded into windows and instantly greeted to download and install Razer Synapse 2.0, so easy no messing around and installed within minutes. The mouse itself feels very comfortable in my hand and smooth to use, the first thing that I must say I didn't like is the fact that as this is a left handed mouse when first booting up in windows the left and right mouse button are pre-set the opposite around, so basically the right mouse button is left click and the left mouse button is right click, even more annoying for me even now that I have changed the profile I still have to wait for synapse to load up after loading into windows for the button settings to change (very minor thing but yet I find it annoying).Upon first use obviously took me some time to set everything up in game settings but for World Of Warcraft the Razer Naga addon is pretty useful. Once everything is set up my gaming experience I found has improved greatly and I am really loving the mouse the 12 buttons on the side have really made it easier for me and improved my gameplay the only downfall for me is the bottom 3 (10,11,12) which I find a bit far back to easily press (may just be I have large hands), for me personally they could do with the twelve buttons just being move further forward on the mouse.Overall definitely the best mouse I have owned yet and I am really happy with it but like everything the are just a few minor details that for me personally could be changed or improved as motioned.

Great price for those looking for a lefty gaming mouse!
Here is my in-depth review of the Razer Naga Left Handed Edition.PROS: Many highlightsGreat mouse for lefties! Worth the price for high precision and maximum efficiency. Has a great amount of keys which can be swapped for games which don't support custom keybinds; can also be macro'd for hard to reach keys or memorized combos, also even add an .exe launcher, for fast and easy app accessability. Excellent for any MMO or games that require high APM. You can even create multiple profiles to handle any tasks and or games. Great matte finish, feels great and prevents hand from sweating. And lastly, the size is adequate for big hands and feels comfortable; best part is it's braided to avoid coiling and tangling.CONS: Which are very few. This mouse could have been a little better, as the lift off is a tad bit hard to get used to, without actually pressing on one of the keys, because of the limited space to rest your thumb. Also it just may be a preference or performance enhancing to some, but for me, I like me a good heavy mouse, to prevent from shaking off too fast from jittery hands (which would have been great with some weight adjusters).

The Ultimate Mouse for Lefties
I was one of the thousands of folks that petitioned Razer to make a left-handed Naga last year. Being an MMO fan myself, I found mice with only four or five buttons a bit too meager for the way I wanted to play an MMO. This is especially true considering most keyboards aren't particularly conducive to left-handed play. In any case, Razer listened, I patiently waited a year for the lefty Naga, and here we are.To put it succinctly, this is a phenomenal mouse. It fits perfectly and contours to my left hand without issue. The buttons are well-placed and my thumb can reach them all. It's exactly like the normal Naga (on occasion I'd check one out with my right but really couldn't use it comfortably), except for my left hand. This means that the high quality Razer is known for and its great Synapse software is available for customizability.Lefties almost always get left out in the cold, but Razer has always treated us right. I've used their left-handed DeathAdder for years, and I know I'll be doing the same with the Naga. If you're a left-handed gamer on that eternal search for a gaming mouse that works with your dominant hand, read no further and just purchase this now.

Best Mouse Ever.
After one night of gaming I'm hooked. I have never really used a left handed mouse that was made so well and complimented my gaming style, in all my mouse and keyboard games. Key binding was so easy. the cord was even longer then i was thinking in my head, Awesome. The glow is so cool. Cool Stickers too.The only thing is the mouse left and right click are hard wired lefty and when i hit swap click function, it swaps on my wireless mouse too, so one mouse is the opposite of the other (i have always used right click for context left click selection) I would like a way to get these click functions the same. That is only a minor thing overall though. and i will probably find a fix if i can pull my self away from gaming with it.Thank you!!!

Solid mouse but just too many buttons
Being a left-handed gamer, I recognize my options are very limited for a mouse that offers the comfort and buttons needed to maximize playing. The mouse is solid, comfortable and is accurate tracking. The wheel has a rubberized material that allows easy use and offers a resistance in its turning to measure movements (they have a term for this feature but I cannot recall it). However the 12 buttons on the right-side and the two buttons under the wheel are small and closely arranged. Thus, for my large adult hand, I find I am often pressing the wrong button or multiple buttons. For regular mouse usage, this isn't an issue but when playing intense FPS, selecting the wrong button then having to break-away watching the game to check is my thumb on the right button isn't always feasible. If Razer offered less buttons on the side (and therefore greater distance between the buttons), then this mouse would be a real win for me.
