Stepsaver self adhesive Match Patch allows you to repair a wide variety of surfaces. To accomplish this you will need to take an image of a non-damaged area of the surface in need of repair. We recommend you print your image on printer paper to verify your image is ready. You will then print directly onto the Match Patch. Once printed onto the Match Patch you can make a matching repair by applying the Match Patch by first wiping the surface to be sure that it is clean and dry, then removing the liner from the Match Patch and pressing firmly outside of the damaged area in order to activate the pressure sensitive adhesive. Match Patch is designed to repair hollow core doors, hot tub covers, wall paper, vinyl floors, vinyl siding, and many other surfaces. Since Match Patch is a direct image transfer repair patch, it will be a nearly identical repair for your surface. When using in an area that will be exposed to water or other elements, you will need to spray with a laquer to protect the ink from the elements. Match Patch comes with 3 Match Patches, and 3 center reinforcement patches. The center reinforcement patches are designed to go over larger holes before the application of the Match Patch. This will add strength to the repair area, while helping the Match Patch span larger holes. Match Patch comes with uneven jagged edges to help it visually blend into the surrounding surfaces.
