Well balanced and delicious snack or on top of salads

My family has really enjoyed these snacks both at home and packed in lunches, etc. Fresh, tasty, and generally healthy, delivered reliably, and with some variety , these have been a five star go to for a while. However, recently we have tracked some digestive disruption to these. Always the packets were flat, similar to a vacuum seal (though not quite that tight). In our cupboard some developed a puffiness, kind of gas pack situation. I noticed it, but shrugged it off as insignificant. It took about a week to make the connection. An aberration? Our next delivery contained some already puffy and others the normal flat. Not sure how to proceed, except with some caution.

This product is wonderful,has a lot of protein and low calorie and variety of of nutrients, the package are small enough that u can carry them in ur purse day bag, or ur EDC, if u have one, even have them in ur car for the little ones, they r so compact that u can take them on a jug,walk, church, they are value for there money 😎

Exactly as advertised. Single serving pouches are the perfect size for a snack. The mix quantity is great.

Liked EVERYTHING. No added anything. Bought all three mixes and loved each one. Brought with us as snack to Disney World to tide us over till next meal. It really felt "lite and clean."

My husband is older and is a fussy eater, sort of like a cat--particular and inconsistent: one day he likes something, but the next day he doesn't. However, he always likes these packets of dried fruit, nuts, and seeds and asks me to reorder them when he is out. I feel good that he is eating something, and these packets go with him from the kitchen to the living room or bedroom. They are portable and convenient. A winner!
