We have struggled with our dog’s ears for a long time trying lots of products including expensive vet prescribed ones. Nothing has worked before this one.Brilliant product, could see amazing results after one day. The company are really helpful too and replaced the Evri sent one ( that of course went missing) immediately and send via a different delivery service.Would highly recommend great company and a great product. OUTRAGEOUS P&P Charge. I would like the sender to provide an exact and verifiable breakdown of the costs involved in sending this item. A cost of £3.95 for a tiny bubblewrapped envelope can surely not be justified. I would be very happy to apologise for this statement if the sender can respond as requested.POOR PRESENTATION. The item arrived with hand affixed sticky tape on the lid, presumably to prevent the top coming off in transit. No manufacturer's seal instead of sticky tape. No box or any other form of packaging. Very unprofessional. Additionally, the name of the product has been changed from Quistel to Peake Petcare but the listing on Amazon still displays the Quistel logo. Two leaflets were enclosed with instructions, other product information and testimonials. Overall, very confusing and sadly lacking in terms of professional presentation.GOOD PRODUCT. The product has worked well on my dog although it required three treatments before the results started to become apparent. The product itself looks and smells rather like methylated spirits. The instructions were clear and precise.i'm not sure I would buy this product again or advise my friends to try it. The negatives outweigh the positives, especially considering the price, in particular those ridiculous postage costs.

So after 3 years of my st poodle having bad ears,paid £5000 in vet bills,test ect.Heard about this via a friend and well tried everything ealse thought why not,seriously after 1.5 weeks his ears have cleared up off black discharge,no pain when I touch them and best thing he can now go on walks without screaming the wind catches his ears.Fingers crossed it keeps working as its only early days,but great results so far.

A good product for cleaning and soothing a dogs ears. It was supposed to arrive next day but I waited 5 days as it was despatched by Evri which is always slow so I will not order again and will visit my vet the same day.

My wife loves the dog and it very pleased with a clean happy and comfortable dog.

My doodle is very prone to wax on the inner side of his floppy ears, frequently irritated with it. I use these drops on a cloth or paper towel to clean the skin, works really well in removing wax, leaves ears healthy pink and comfortable. Best I’ve ever tried.
