I come from some kitchen chairs that came with my small table, which were uncomfortable and too small for my needs. This chair is exactly what has been missing from every other amazon chair I've looked up. It's sturdy, comfortable, very sleek and modern, compact and lightweight for its size. Its design is completely minimalist so if you're looking for a luxury comfort chair with "spinal memory foam support" or something crazy like that, look elsewhere. To clarify on the point that it's comfortable for me: I'm 6' 0" 155 lbs, so I'm average weight for my height, and this chair fits me perfectly with optimal cushioning. Now for a bigger person with more muscle/width/mass/density, this chair may not have enough padding on the seat and/or it may be too small for you, so don't be afraid to look into the higher tier chairs that Flash Furniture sells. I know for a fact that just from the pictures alone, the FD-BHF-1-GG model has about twice the amount of cushioning that this chair does.PROS:Sturdy, like rock solid, volcano-forged steel sturdyMinimalist, can't really complain about this simple and timeless designCheap for what is being offeredPadding is sufficient for a 155 lb maleLightweight and portable (as portable as a non-foldable chair is going to get!)CONS:Does not offer as much back support as a chair with a bigger back design. It nearly matched the height of my apartment door. I was surprised my delivery guy even bothered dealing with it! However, this worked out in my favor as it was simply a matter of taking the box inside my apartment and unpacking it. Now this point could either mean the sellers knew that the chair would not break during shipment (boggles my mind how sturdy this thing must be!), or that the seller skimped on packaging. That's on them, not the product.Also, don't sit in this chair without a shirt on because the metal on top of the back padding is really cold. That's expected, however, for a metal frame. 5/5 would recommend to anyone needing new chairs for their apartment. Keep in mind, though, that it is probably not suited for the outdoors because of the foam padded seats.I've had this chair for about a week now and I will update this review if anything breaks, or if I am still satisfied with this purchase a few months in the future.

Chairs are in excellent condition. Looks just as advertised. So happy!

The best part is that they came already assembled. Mine are in excellent condition and very pretty. They are comfortable, although, not plush. They are as advertised and were undamaged, and had all the parts. Mine were stable with no uneven legs. I purchased the burgandy fabric chairs. They are short, but, not too short. These are more breakfast table chairs than full dinning room chairs. They are too short for my extra high dinnette table, but, I like them and will just find a new table for them. They are the size that was advertised, I just forgot that my table was so high. I am happy with the purchase.

Very sturdy and comfortable for our church choir. They hold much more weight than folding chairs, and these are stackable.

Sturdy but uncomfortable, the padding is nonexistent!

I purchased this for my work to replace the wheeled desk chairs that were breaking because of the heft of myself and customers at my work that sat upon them. The typical chair isn't make to hold a person more than 250lbs. , This Chair however is! No wheels, mean no chance for a customer will fall out of it by leaning to far forward. It has ample enough padding to allow a person to set in it for a half hour, or longer in comfort. My only reason to hold back a star, is the fabric cover, while the fabric is easy clean, I do feel it is is poor quality. What I mean is the fabric will actually imprint through thin fabrics and irritate sensitive skin (which I have). This I believe is due to the course weave, and could be remedied at some point by recovering the seat with another, softer fabric. All in all a great chair, the legs and frame are strong, the chair holds to the floor firmly with non skid stoppers on the legs. It is also easy to move when required as it is light weight. I would purchase this again for similar needs.

I work at a studio that has chairs similar to these that have been in decline for years now. Rather than reupholstering all of them I went in search to replace them. I wasn't able to find the exact ones but these are very close so I bought them. What was great was they are stackable and fit perfectly on the other chairs. everyone loves them at the studio. As the other chairs decline, I will replace them with these chairs. They are cost effective and perfect for our needs.

These are fantastic. They hold heavy people. No they are not fancy but they serve their purpose. I think the stacking chairs take up less space than folding as they go up and not out. This also means that they don't slide down onto someone's toes when they touch the folded one.Con - won't fit in a car like folding chairs.Recommend - definitely as holds up hefty people easily.
