Very delicate if you are unsure of size, go up. The bracelet has an extended clasp that you can shorten if necessary by using a lower link on chain clasp.

Our mom has Alzheimer's so its hard to get things for her that she doesn't loose. She's always been very religious so this bracelet caught my attention. Its very delicate so it doesn't bother her to have it on her arm. She loves it and never tries to get it off.
