This box works very well for a variety of bottle sizes. I show it here with a generic 15ml bottle of unknown origin (from a gift), a tiny 1ml sample bottle from a DoTerra dealer, a 5ml bottle from Rocky Mountain Oils, a 5ml dropper bottle purchased here on Amazon (link below), and a 15ml bottle from WellnessScent. Yes, I have to fish the tiny one out of it's space, but they all fit. I was so happy that the small dropper bottle fit, as I use that size for my own blending. You could likely fit four or more of the 1ml bottles in each space, though I only have the one (for now). If you're into oils, you might also be into homemade tinctures, extracts, and remedies. This would be a great space for those items as well!This box also eliminates the odor from my oils. When I first started and was storing my things on a closet shelf, you knew I was storing them there when you opened the closet. My son actually complained that when he was getting a migraine, even the smell from someone opening the closet door made it worse. So when I put them in here, of course it made a difference. But wait, there's more! A few days ago, I accidentally put some oil in the box without the lid. A "thieves oil" type blend, with cinnamon, ginger, thyme, and a bunch of very strong scents. I literally had no idea I'd done it until I went to the box for a different oil!I also love keeping my natural stuff in a natural box. Sure, there are nice plastic and foam carriers, but for normal storage (not travel), I prefer the simplicity of this. The harmony of the natural wood and the herby oils just makes me happy. While this is perfectly useful for travel, I'll probably go with something smaller and foam-filled; we like camping, and taking this along might be overkill. But it would be beautiful for doing parties and shows if you participate in the MLM-type sales. It looks so much nicer for display than some of the pricey cases sold by those companies.This box is unfinished, which suits my purposes well. I intend to use homemade natural stains and a woodburner to personalize it. There is a manufacturer mark on the bottom, but it is otherwise unadorned. Mine did not have the DoTerra markings that some reviewers have mentioned. The latch is neither too tight, which causes me to pinch my fingers, nor too loose and coming apart on its own. "Goldilocks" would approve, as it is "just right".In addition to oils, tinctures, and extracts, this would be a great box for holding other small items, like hair ties, buttons, beads, and such. In those cases, you would want to use this for storage only, and not travel, as there is space between the dividers and the top of the box. I've purchased two of these to store my many oils, which is definite proof of just how much I like this box. It fits 3 different standard bottle sizes, which is important because I don't always order from the same company or order the same volume. With as many oils as I have, I appreciate being able to now keep them alphabetized for easier use. Additionally, the lid ensures that they stay out of the light -- keeping your oils away from light both protects them and increases their shelf-life. Obviously, I also appreciate the protection the box offers. The lid closes nice and snugly.They sell many cute fabric bags/boxes/totes for oils. The problem is, many of them have dividers that are not stitched to the bottom, which means that your oils all slide out and get mixed up and/or jostled badly when you big up the container by the handle. Not good. My friend had a few bottles break because of one of those fabric cases. Also, those types of cases do not store as conveniently. With the box, you can stack them when you have lots of oils (as I do) -- when you don't have tons of storage space, you really come to appreciate this option.Finally, the box just looks nice. It has a very clean look. I've been contemplating decoupaging my boxes later, which is a fun customizing option you have if you go with the wooden box over one of the other cases. And, the price is good, too -- many of the other containers designed for essential oils cost an arm and a leg.

This wooden box if perfect for storing my quickly growing collection of essential oils! It is simple but made of high-quality, solid wood pieces. There are wooden dividers (not removable) that make it possible to safely store 25 oils. This box is the perfect size to stow away on my bedside table's shelf. The benefits of keeping the oils in this box include keeping them safe and away from light - maximizing their useful shelf life. Also, because the box is made of unfinished wood, you can easily stain or paint your box however you want! The customization possibilities are endless.I have furry friends so keeping my oils on a shelf is not a smart option for me. This a beautiful box with no logo or markings, making it perfect for all kinds of oils. It is beautifully made, was well-packaged, and comes with stickers and droppers that would cost a significant amount of extra money elsewhere. All in all, it provides everything you need to store and organize essential oils and is as high quality and craftsmanship as any of the higher priced boxes available.

This is a nice small wooden box I got to hold my 5-10 ml essential oil bottles. The box is pretty light weight and has a clasp in the front to keep in lid securely in place. I only gave it 4 stars because the clasp broken off with only a few weeks use. It also came with generic bottle labels which were surprisingly very close to all the names of the oils I had, so I was able to label them all. I would recommend this box to someone who has a small amount of bottles to hold. Hopefully my clasp breaking was a fluke. I would consider repurchasing, and likely if they offer a large box to hold more oil and a more stable clasp.

Nice storage box for essential oils. I like having labels for marking the top of the bottles, but the description said there were 25 of the plastic pipettes for drawing up and dripping the oils into water but there actually were only 10 included. I was a bit disappointed by that incorrect information and I emailed the seller to let them know they should correct their listing. Other than that small complaint, the box seems to be well made but I’d suggest you buy a smaller box with this one so you have one for traveling too. This box is a bit large so it would not be an ideal size for traveling.
