For many years I've struggled with finding a product that has helped me actually fall into a deep sleep. This product however, has literally been the answer to my prayers. I've been taking them for a couple of months now and I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who has difficulty sleeping and also difficulty falling into a deep sleep. Though I wish I received more hours of sleep than I do, I'm still grateful that this product helps me to receive at least 5 solid hours of sleep per night that is still much needed. The quality of the product seems to aid my body in other areas as well with relieving soreness after a good workout at the gym. It's beneficial in more ways than one and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone interested in the benefits of this particular product of Magnesium.

I was taking Calm Magnesium for about 15 years at least, thinking I was keeping my magnesium levels up in my body. I was wrong. It does “calm” but apparently wasn’t helping my body or muscles much.The past few days, my leg has been extremely tense and cramped, even hurting to go to sleep at night. I also have sciatica pain and tight muscles aren’t a good combination. I checked with my chiropractor and he approved this since it has magnesium glycinate, which is the form he recommended.I just took my first dose of this product today. I literally feel my left leg relaxing more and more. What a relief. No, I’m not being paid for this, but I want to let everyone know it does work. It is on the pricey said but it’s worth it.I took a double dose since I’ve been extremely low. However I don’t recommend that to anyone because magnesium does relax the muscles in the body including the stomach so it can clean your stomach out. I’m going back to the regular dose after this.Definitely recommend!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

It's good. I bought it again and it's been five days since the purchase and they haven't shipped it yet. Talked with Amazon customer service and they said just wait another day or two and then contact them for Amazon promo. Waiting...

seems to be a good product. Seems awfully expensive for what you get though. We just bought a second bottle to give it a little more time. Mostly we need it for stress, relief, and sleep. It does help for regularity as well. Uncertain if sometimes a little too well

My advice on taking this supplement is take at night. For me anyway I was very relaxed for the point I just want to take a nap. I WILL be reordering as the results for helping with spasms is positive
