I bought a similar design for hubs years ago and he got tired of me always 'borrowing' his :) This one is by a different company, not quite as nice wood, but the same style and so elegantly simple and effective. Just takes strain out of watching stuff on my iphone. Arrived in decent time and I especially like the little stick on feet, which really make it more secure on smooth surfaces. Happy customer.

Exactly what I'd hoped it would be. Perfectly simple, low profile, and does the job. Isn't offensive to have laying around when not in use. My toddler got hold of it and the stand held up to the encounter very well.

Sturdy, attractive design (bonus points for aesthetics)...it can be secured to a surface with the two sticky dots that come with it.Mine goes from home to office with me so I don't use the sticky dots. It's lightweight and well-balanced so I can spin it around easily when the screen is distracting me at work.If I could give it a higher rating, I would.

Firstly - it's a great little product. It looks very nice and minimalist, the wood is pretty and gives it an 'organic' look (obviously), and feels sturdy and well made.The only problem - The stand seems to have an issue with the charger on the iPhone XS which plugs into the bottom of the phone; There is no spot on the stand for the charger to be placed while the phone is sitting vertically, as far as I could find. Perhaps this is due to personal ineptitude.I see there is a 'hole' cut into the back of the stand which I assume is for wires to go through, but nowhere for wires to go into the phone itself.You could place the phone upside down although that would possibly make FaceTime calls a little strange.Of course, when your phone is horizontal (landscape view), the charger having a place to sit isn't an issue.That's about the only downside of this little stand. I really enjoy everything else about it and I'm happy with it, so I won't be returning it.However if you're really concerned about charging your phone vertically, you may want to consider other stands.

Great price and does just the job. They gave little stickers you can add in case of sliding but it didn't have that problem so I threw them away. Easy to store and easy to carry around. Love the finish on the style and it's cute. I love how basic it is. Great price.

I ordered this after I saw a friend with one and I liked it so much I ordered a second one for work. The wood looks really nice and it works perfectly for holding the phone upright or sideways. No more propping my phone on random objects for FaceTime! It comes with little silicon pads to stick on the bottom so it doesn't slide around. I use my phone for work a lot, so I keep the other one at my desk at work so I can glance over at notifications when they come in without picking up the phone.

Nicely designed. Black Walnut is beautiful. However the stand was warped upon receipt, causing it to wobble and even tip over when the phone was in place. Returned to Amazon. Repurchased because I really like the streamlined design and beauty of the black walnut. Second purchase was fine with no warping, but it was a lot of aggregation to get the item I wanted. Does a nice job holding both my iPhone or iPad, in either portrait or landscape mode. Compact size is a plus.

This seemingly simple stand is a fantastic tool. I bought it for my kitchen to use with my phone and tablet when looking at recipes. I love it because the stand itself doesn't get in the way of the screen. Also, it comes with some little stick-on rubber feet that you can position yourself, and I have found those to be a nice feature so the stand doesn't slide acorss the counter when I'm swiping or scrolling on the device. It took a while to arrive, but for the price, it was well worth the wait!

Love this phone holder. Very light and sturdy for my phone. Nothing underneath if you want to charge in portrait, but that wasn't a feature I was looking for! Overall a well built and awesome phone stand

Looks good, but not behind able to have the phone standing up and charging is a hassle. Maybe android works in landscape but iPhones don’t anymore. Don’t get if you have an iPhone, mine is now collecting dust and I got a product that can stand and charge at the same time.*NEW REVIEW 2020*It's simple but effective. Charging is no longer and issue with quick charging being so common now.Also it still looks very nice. 5 Stars!
