It's a 13mm socket alright
I needed a 13mm socket to replace the one in my tool set. I don't care for 12 point sockets, but this one was the least expensive I could find. It fits my 3/8 ratchet, seems to work quiet well.

Look at the pic and the description. I received a 3/8 socket with a 1/4 inch drive. Not worth returning with it only being 2 bucks.
