Good things come in small, refurbished packages
This is hands-down the best laptop I have ever owned!! My boyfriend has a model a few years older than this one and it always works beautifully for him, so I decided to get one for myself after much contemplation and research. I have had this laptop for over a month and I use it heavily on a near-daily basis for taking notes, reading online textbooks, web browsing, writing papers, etc. I don't play video games and I don't have a lot of pictures or music I store on my hard drive, so this is perfect for me. I would highly recommend this computer to those in school and/or those who mainly use their laptops for web browsing and Microsoft Office uses. The smaller screen doesn't bother me at all, but some folks might have an issue with it - just something to be aware of if you're looking for/needing something with a larger screen. The touchscreen works beautifully. It boots up quickly every time I open it, and even with the 4GB of RAM preinstalled, it can handle all of my tabs and programs open (I plan to expand it to 8GB soon). The only "complaint" I have is its battery life. It's decent, much better than that of the ASUS I had before, but I bought this computer refurbished, so maybe in a year or so I'll replace the battery. Still, for the low price and all of the features, durability, convenience, and reliability, this is one hell of a deal! I am a very happy customer! Lenovo is the only brand I will ever buy!!

Buyer beware.
When I bought this laptop, it was listed as a windows 10 touchscreen computer. That's what I wanted what I got is a windows 11 laptop and the touchscreen doesn't work if it's even the same screen. It is a working laptop. HDD is 4x as big as advertised. Onboard graphics is unchaged and same Ram for that matter. But wanted a working touchscreen. This is supposed to be my game night system with all my roleplaying books and VTTs and such, all of which would greatly benefit from a touchscreen interface. well, I'll quit whining and let ya'll shop. Just know what you read you are ordering isn't always what you get.

Can't Go Wrong
First off, keep in mind that this is a USED laptop. It is not going to look out-of-the-box new. Mine was clean but did have signs of previous use (small scratches on outside, touchpad showing signs of wear). As far as operation, I cannot complain. It is easy to navigate, pretty fast, and the battery seems to last for hours on end. The first day I downloaded all of my Google Play music while unplugged. The process took a few hours (due to amount, not speed) and afterwards the battery was down to 67%. For the price you can't go wrong. It is great for streaming, surfing, and general school/work from home use. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good yet affordable general use laptop.

A decent little laptop, but not perfect.
I bought this to install Linux on, which worked just fine. I haven't tried to troubleshoot whether this is a hardware problem, or a Linux problem, but the rotation sensor does not seem to operate properly. Luckily I am able to lock the rotation via a setting. My login screen, however, is always rotated 90 degrees. The setting apparently doesn't function until I'm logged in. It's not a huge problem, but it's kind of silly. I didn't actually realize this computer had a rotation sensor when I bought it, so that's really on me for not researching enough. That said, all of the hardware works out of the box in Linux, (except perhaps the rotation sensor -- again, I'm not sure if this a hardware or a Linux problem. I *can* rotate the display in Linux, but I just have to tilt the computer 90 degrees past my desired angle.) and the performance seems to match the price. Hopefully it holds up.

Sturdy, affordable, small laptop for daily use. NO BACKLIT KEYS
This met my expectations for the price. I can use it for my daily writing and internet use, it's not gigantic so I can fit it in a smaller bag, and it has a very responsive touchscreen (honestly better quality than I expected for the price). It acts as a 2-1 tablet/computer, while having a much sturdier clamshell hinge than a typical tablet with a keyboard attached. It is much more comfortable to type with in my lap, and feels less delicate (less easily broken). The battery life is pretty standard and no complaints (around 5 hours). Some downsides that were not easily noticeable from viewing it online:- The 11 inch size refers to the viewing portion of the screen, which has a large border, so the actual laptop is more like 13 inches. This was mildly disappointing because I really wanted it to be as small as possible to fit in my day bag. (But it's still fairly small.)- There are no backlit keys on the keyboard.- It is a bit heavy for its size (but not unmanageable). The refurbish job was pretty good. The only issue was the trackpad seemed a little too clacky (maybe loose), but it worked perfectly.

Good Quality for the Money
My daughter wanted a laptop for school and since she's younger I picked this laptop and she was able to just as much as an expensive computer without the worry of it breaking.
