OION LB-8001 5-in-1 Air Cleaning System with True HEPA, UV-C, Ionizer, PCO Filtration, and Odor Reduction Air Purifier

I ordered this product 4 months ago. I was unable to tell any difference when using this product from day one. I am unsure if it even was working although I could hear it "running." It stopped running today. I tried to changed the filter to see if this was the issue and it is ridiculous to change. I also notice that the filter is as clean today as it was 4 months ago. A waste of money. I tried to contact the seller, when I click on the link, it shows "item is no longer available." I clicked on the warranty on the Amazon site and it continues to take me back to the log in screen.UPDATE: I did go to another OION product sold on Amazon and was able to contact the OION company. I explained that the product stopped working today and that the filter is very clean as if the product has not worked all these months. I explained that it completely stopped running today. I have has this product for 4 months and requested a refund. I will update my review once I hear back from OION company.

My house now smells like clean! I have really enjoyed having this new cleaning system in my house. I feel better about the air I am breathing, and I also have had fewer issues with asthma and allergy flare ups. I've been using almost 3 months now and house still smells different than it used to.Pros: quiet on the low settings, very adjustable for space of your home. Can SMELL a difference. Has a sensor that tells you when to clean.Cons: The light in the purifier is actually quite bright. I have to put a notecard over it to sleep. The way to clean it requires opening the device with a screwdriver...which means you must save the instruction manual. Don't throw it away!

We have been using ionizing machines in our stone basement for many years. We paid way too much for ionizing machines that had commissions padded in them or from specialty stores that sold them. We once even found a company that rebuilt them and invested close to the same amount of money that this NEW one is being sold for. I am happy to find this machine that not only ionizes, it has four other layers of purification in it. It makes a huge difference in our stone basement's air quality.

My previous employment used many of these in the classrooms. Excellent units. Be aware, do not activate the ozone feature if you small animnals in the house. This unit is very powerfull and could kill them.

This product worked very well in the beginning for a few months. The cleaning process is VERY delicate. Once you do the cleaning process, it does not ionize the air nearly as well. After about a year it didn’t really work much at all.

Very good product. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it is when it is just running as an air purifier. I have only used sanitizing mode a couple of times. I am leery of the ozone it produces. It replaces odors/ smoke with a smell I find chemically even when set on the lowest level. Totally removes the unwanted odors but I feel the need to vent the house afterwards to clear out the ozone.

I have a golden retriever and a persian in an 844 sf house. This works really well to keep the allergens to a minimum.

I find this air cleaner easy to use and a delight to have in the house. I won't be with out a remote for an air cleaner. This one has all the abilities and keeps my home smelling fresh and easy to breathe. I live near an area that had forest fires this year and with this air purifier and 4 others I was able to stay in my house, breath easy and not smell like a camp fire when the flames were gone. Highly effective.
