Edited: Seems well-made and powerful, but large, heavy & dim LED
I've never used a portable charger before, so have nothing to compare to, so take my comments in that light.Just received this yesterday to use on a 2 week plus trip. Unit seems well made, but is large, although will fit into a large pants pocket, and heavy. I guess with this much battery power, that probably can't be helped.Tried it out and plugged unit in, then charged iPhone from 68% to 100%, although somewhat slow. LED's could be brighter, but I guess that would defeat the purpose of having standby power.I like that they include 2 micro and one USB-C cable, although they're quite short. Will update impressions after the trip.Edited: 8/11. Returned from trip and all I can say is wow. In actual use, the dim LED's were actually a benefit as I had to use this overnight to charge devices. If the LED were bright, it would have kept my light-sensitive wife up all night.in performance, this unit excelled. Charged my iPhone & Kindle on plane from NY to Stockholm, charged phone each night during trip and a completely discharged iPhone on trip back to NY. Phone went from 3% to 84% in less than 45 minutes. This is an iPhone 7 without fast charge! Only had to top up the charger once during trip & it came home at about 65%. Definitely recommend

A more technical review
My initial impressions that this charger is really good overall. It is not too bulky and feels very solid. I really like the battery monitoring feature. Not allot of power banks tell you the voltage and current output of the device. Personally, for me, this is a really nice feature because you can track the power output and see how it fluctuates as your phone charges. The display is also very good, the segments are clear and do not flicker like other power banks. Below is a more technical review.I tested this charger under an iPhone Xs using lightning to USB-C:0-70%: an average of 16W, 9.1V at 1.9A70-100%: an average of 5W, 5.1V at 1AThe total charge time was about 1 hour and 6 minutes and depleted about 32% of the total capacity from the power bank itself. I also tested the accuracy of the displayed numbers with a USB tester and found that the numbers are fairly accurate. I might eventually chart a discharge curve of the battery under different loads such as the new iPad Pro which can take up to 5A. Overall, this battery is exactly as advertised and I highly recommend it especially for the price that it is being offered for. This is only for the initial review I am not sure how the power bank will behave or if it's maximum charge will degrade or not in a few weeks or months.

You can charge more than 1 item at a time
This product is great if you don’t mind the heaviness!!! I like the fact that I can charge more than 1 item at a time.

Great display and info
We have a number of chargers for our smartphones and tablets. Some are very good, some are barely worth considering. We just received the Updated 2019 20000Mah USB charger and are very impressed. After opening the box (nice), I plugged in the USB charging cable and plugged it into my wall charger. The display immediately came on and informed me the charge status was 70%, the voltage input was 5Vdc and the current was 2.4A. Cool! After about 2 hours the charger/power supply was fully charged and we put it to the test. It fully charged our 2 phones, both had been about 50%. The display still showed over 50% remaining capacity. The weight is slightly more than I'd like, but that is simply a function of the battery capacity. If I had wanted less capacity, I could have purchased a smaller unit weighing less. But we wanted this 20000Mah capacity to keep our phones charged for the long walking and bus tours we are going on in a couple of weeks. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and we don't want to miss a chance to take memorable photos. That had happened once before and we don't want it to happen again. The display is great, the capacity is terrific. We're looking forward to taking some great photos for all of our trip!

Great charger
This is overall a great charger for the money. I gave it 3 stars for traveling just because it is kinda big/bulky and heavy. It isn't really something I could just throw in my purse. I did, however, bring it to the lake yesterday (fully charged) and it charged my phone quickly when it died. It also came about 80% charged which was nice. There are also a lot of areas to plug in multiple devices so you can charge more than 1 phone at a time!Definitely worth the money..just wish it was a little smaller.

So far so good!
To be honest, I haven't used this quite as much as I thought I would by now. But when I have used it, it's worked great. It did take a while to charge when I got it. It seemed to take so long that I thought it wasn't working. When I got it there was already a 65% charge on it. Five or six hours later it was finally at 100%. I have yet to need to recharge it, but I'd recommend charging overnight if you know you'll need to use it the next day.My favorite thing about this charger is the display. I bought it to use when I ride my motorcycle. Instead of installing a usb port, I just put the charger in my pocket, or in my tank bag while my phone is in the phone holder and it's worked great. It's really helpful to know how much charge I have when I'm using my GPS in an area I'm unfamiliar with. So, this has been great. In testing the limits of the charger, I've charged up my cell phone to 100% a couple of times from less than 65% on my phone, and the charger is still only went to 95%. I haven't charged up the charger in about 3 weeks and it's STILL holding a charge at 95%! I plan on using it today so I'll see if the charge holds up after not using it for 3 weeks. But so far, so good.In full disclosure, I received a gift card for a favorable review, but I don't let those offers sway my reviews, because if I'm a consumer (and I am), I want to know that the product I'm buying is worth my money. In this case, I'd say this is absolutely worth the money. $$ well spent!
