Great Value for 2021 Compared to Mid-range Phones Currently Available.
First off, register your phone at LGpromise.com for the 2 year warranty. It is accepted when purchased from here. Just send a copy of your invoice when you sign in on your browser and save as a PDF. I sent a screenshot from the app and that wasn't sufficient. Do so before April 2021.Great price on a flagship phone from 2019.I needed an upgrade and didn't like anything available with my carrier. The phone was activated on Metro by T-Mobile. The WiFi Calling and VoLTE features work.Arrived in near mint condition. There were fairly visible scratches on the side of the screen. Added a screen protector and they're no longer visible. The back Glass looks flawless. I'm contemplating adding a ceramic coating to prevent new scratches. The 3500maH battery is ok. It's definitely a lot better than any phone with a lower capacity. I was able to get 7-8 hrs of screen on time and 27hrs of use in total. From what I've read this is normal and considered good. For me it's ok, but I'm used to having my Moto G7 Power with a 5000maH battery. That can last 3 days, but that's due to less RAM and a 720p IPS display.Overall there are so many features to list. Many great reviews on YouTube.Pros:6.1" QUAD OLED 1440p displayQUAD DAC 3.5mm Headphone Jack6GB of RAM128GB (105 available) of storage plus 2TB expandable storage support.Android 10Rear Fingerprint SensorFast Face UnlockCamera features21W QC 3.0/4.0 PD supportWireless Charging SupportGorilla Glass 5/6Cons:3500maH BatteryCharging this phone is really good and supports 21w charging and wireless charging at 10w. So you have options to keep it powered on.

3 years Great experience bought on Feb 2020 it's still my daily driver.
Got this renewed from Olympic wireless it looked brand new at the time. The phone just updated recently a few months back to Android 12 OTA T-Mobile the battery has been amazing over the past 3 years by now i would have expected it to be unusable but I still to this day get consistently 4 hours screen on time. It's still plenty fast for my needs but I can start to feel it's age it's slightly less snappy than 3 years ago but as long as you are not used to the latest and greatest its probably not noticeable. The only issue I've had is that the phone at times will seem to go into some sort of deep energy saving mode although not activated it still does it but not often when i unlock it it can take a good 5-10 seconds to wakeup screen on and usable it's some kind of a bug glitch but that's the only problem after 3 years and at the time of purchase at 1/3 of the price of new remember it looked and worked like new it was mint I'm super happy i got it.No need to spend $1k+ on a new phone just buy last year's flagship renewed at a steep discount squeeze 3 years out of it and repeat. This phone has cost me less than $100 per year of ownership excellent price to time ratio.

Phone and 2nd seller (bayshine Trading) get 5+ stars. 0 stars for Deals Always.
I feel that people tend to look at negative reviews more often than they do at positive ones, hence my 1-star rating. However, the phone itself is amazing and I dare you to find a better one in this price range. First of all, I'd like to give props to the seller that goes by the name of "bayshine Trading". After the first snafu when I was sent the wrong version of the phone by another seller (more on that later), I contacted "bayshine Trading" to make sure I'll be getting the right one second time around. Not even 10 minutes later I received a reply confirming that the phone is indeed T-Mobile version; I clicked Buy; and 2 days later had it in my possession (I received it much sooner than expected even though it wasn't a Prime purchase). So as I said earlier, the phone is great. The screen is beautiful, and the camera is amazing. It's very responsive, and one of the selling points for me was the 3.5mm headphone jack and radio! Now that I got all of that out of the way, my first experience wasn't as good/smooth. Even though the description clearly says "T-Mobile", I was sent an AT&T model instead (by "Deals Always"). At first I thought to myself that it's not a big deal since the phone is unlocked and will work with any GSM carrier. Well, there are a couple of problems with that. First of all, the Wi-Fi Calling feature will not work. It's disabled, and there's nothing you can do to enable it. Secondly, as another reviewer also mentioned one of the extended LTE bands that is covered by T-Mobile is not supported by AT&T. Both shortcomings were not very important to me though. In 20+ years, I probably used Wi-Fi calling only once. And in the area where I live, we have a very good coverage so a missing band wouldn't be a problem for me. However, the biggest drawback of having an AT&T model on T-Mobile network is that you will NOT get any Android updates including security patches. So I contacted "Deals Always" to see how we can resolve this, and got no response after leaving them two voicemails, as well as sending them a very detailed email. Nothing, nada, crickets... so there you have it. In summary, fantastic phone but make sure you contact the seller ahead of making the purchase. Avoid "Deals Always" at all costs but I'll be definitely recommending "bayshine Trading" to others.

So far a decent replacement for my LG V30.
The phone is very similar in functionality to my LG V30. I don't like the power button on the side. It makes watching movies and TV a bit challenging, especially when trying to adjust the volume. On the V30, the fingerprint sensor doubled as the power button. The MAJOR flaw that I have found with the phone is the material (glass) used for the back cover. I do not use a protective case. If the surface you set the phone on is slick, the phone will generally slide around. The glass makes the phone look sexy, but can result in the phone sliding off a table if not careful.
