This is a great item. Well made and it allows me to disconnect the USB item without incessantly un-inserting and Re-inserting the device.

Was looking basically for a switch for my laser engraver protection cover that has an usb plug exhaust fan attached to it where you have to always plug it in and out. This worked perfect so I cord have all the cords hidden and turn the fan on and off. Seems like a solid and well made switch

Seems to perform just as I intended. I was slightly worried because I couldn’t find specifics on whether these would work with a webcam, but so far it seems to be holding up. I have my webcam and dongle for my headset connected to these so I can switch them on and off easily. I need to be able to turn my headset one and off on the fly since I use the computer’s speakers for email and task notifications, but I hate using Cisco or Teams calls/meetings without a headset and this saves me from having to plug and unplug the wireless dongle for my headset every single time I have a call.

The switch works great and lets me toggle my usb powered device on/off. It’s a great way to protect the USB interface from unnecessary wear.

I have this USB switch hooked up to an external hard drive where I have sensitive information. I used to remove the USB from the computer which meant crawling under the table. Now, I simply turn the switch on when I want to access the external hard drive.
