Quoizel WNS1405WT Winside Adjustable LED Track Lighting Kit, 5-Light, 25 Watts, Western Bronze (11"H x 5"W)

I knew this product had been returned, because it was posted "Like New, in original packaging." It became obvious why it had been returned. Someone/some thing had so severely twisted the wires in the ceiling canopy sleeve that the insulation on the hot (black) wire had been abraded to bare copper by the uninsulated ground wire. This caused the circuit breaker to trip as soon as the fixture was powered up. I had to disassemble the head fixture and replace the power and ground wire and reassemble the ceiling canopy. It also came without any instructions or other paperwork, and was missing the canopy screws and had incorrect type and quantity of ceiling mounting hardware. Seller must do a much better job of inspecting, testing and repackaging. As a retired electrician, I was able to identify and repair problem in about an hour, otherwise I would have had to return it, and I bet the unit would have been resold yet again, because the seller didn't do a electric function check. DON'T BUY "USED, LIKE NEW" FROM THIS SELLER.

I have hired 2 licensed electricians to install / fix this light fixture now. This light fixture has a BIG design flaw. The lights clamp on to the track to get their power. They are not hardwired directly into the track. The track is NOT thick enough for the lights and they are constantly flickering on and off, especially when someone is upstairs walking through the hall. The track vibrates ever so slightly and the lights flicker on and off. A very poor design. I thoughtQuoizel was a good quality brand. But clearly they are NOT. I will not be buying any more of their products. Several Calls and emails to their tech support have gone unanswered.
