Decent set of features and great for your survival gear or emergency pack as it won't take up any space in a pocket, it can just attach to any attachment point. I don't expect to use it anytime soon, but it's nice to have 'just in case' type of scenario. The striker is embedded on the plastic snap hook, so long term use may show durability issues, but I don't see that as an issue for me. Disclaimer, I did get this at a discount.

Honestly, I gave 5 stars for it serving what I intended...a long enough key holder that snaps thru my uniform pant belt loop and neatly tucks away into my front pocket. The other features are nice bonuses. I used another brand that the cord kept unraveling and the entire length barely long enough to tuck into my front pocket. So far, this new fire starter parachord key holder is a significant upgrade and is holding up very well for work. I also like that the key section disconnects so I don’t have to remove the entire device from my belt loop to use the key in more challenging positions.

I got this to go with my bug out bag that I travel around with in my car. I look forward to trying it out on my next camping trip and feel good knowing I have it with me. Look forward to trying more items from Holtzman's Gorilla Survival!

As a retired military personnel I love this piece reminds me of be out in field. The piece is well made may need a video or two showing how to strike the two part to make a spark.

We made paracord bracelets last year for our scouts. My daughter as a sibling didn't get one so I ordered this for her to add to her pack. Very nice quality and great for scouting!

It’s I nice item to have In any go bag. If you are an outdoors person it’s a nice to have for a just incase moment.

Nice product overall seems a little longer in person and there is a very noticeable glue glob on the side but over satisfied
