Law Enforcement Use
I'm a cop for a large metropolitan agency. The IFAKs they issued us were too big to carry on my belt and we're not allowed outer vests or load-bearing vests. This one is the perfect size and takes up the last bit of empty space on my belt (I'm a 32" waist so I don't have room for lots of toys). I've managed to stuff all the stuff below inside and I still have room to spare. The only complaint I have is that the velcro is so strong, it can get really awkward trying to rip it off it's platform if it's on the back of your rig like it is mine. I counteracted this by just reducing the surface area, adding some one sided velcro strips without peeling the sticky tape off.1x Narcan1x Ammonia (smelling salts)1x SAM splint1x Combat Gauze1x Quick Clot1x Rolled Gauze1x Duct Tape2x Gloves2x Chest Seals4x Bandaids4x Antiseptics

Decent but not anywhere near best.
Good idea bad execution. First thing the inside is pretty tight. With everything you should have in an IFAK it’s tight. I barely got everything I absolutely need. There’s organization slits that really don’t make any sense. The TQ holder on the outside is great add on but it’s super tight! When I need a TQ I need it fast. And I tested it to see how rapidly I could deploy one and it slows you down significantly. Plus after pulling the TQ out of it only twice it’s starting to show wear and tear. I’ve only had this for a few days. The bag seams are also already breaking! Ridiculous. The one thing I do like is the tear away Velcro feature. And molle compatibly. Great pouch but needs work.

Could be better
I like the pouch overall. The tourniquet strap however was extremely tight and when I forced it it did stretch out and I saw some tears. The pouch is compact and works well for what I need it for. I keep only a few items inside because space is limited and I wear this on my belt. I do like the overall design.I comfortably fit inside:2x Gloves1x Israeli Bandage1x Celox hemostatic gauze 3”x10’1x NAR Conpressed gauze1x Compact Hyfin Chest seal1x NAP1x Sharpie

Little small but does the job. Horrible tourniquet holder.
Seems high quality enough but it's just a little too small for my liking. I would think of this more as a bleeder kit than an IFAK. It's almost busting at the seams with just the basic kit minus sheers. I'd prefer my HSGI IFAK to this one. The reason for the 2 stars is the tourniquet holder. It's just elastic bands that are WAY TOO TIGHT. At least for a CAT tourniquet. This is more of a backup IFAK than a primary.I was able to fit:1x pair gloves1x 2 pack Hyfin chest seal1x Israeli bandage1x quik clot gauze1x NAR decompression needle1x marker1x thermal blanket1x tourniquet on outside holder***14er IFAK on left vs HSGI IFAK on right*** 14er couldn't fit sheers. Using as secondary/backup. I noticed they make a slightly larger one that I will consider.

Fairly small but spacious and durable pack
Great product.... roomier than I expected!I've been using it every day for about 4 months as an EDC on my belt and these are the pictures I took today on the 15th of January 2020..I'm able to carry a cat tourniquet a CPR mask a penlight ,rite in the rain notebook and sharpie pen ,a chest seal a decompression needle a dose of narcan a SWAT t tourniquet and pressure dressing a blood stopper gauze roll and dressing a pack of hemostatic agents a tongue depressor a nasal airway and lube an emergency blanket and a compound benzoin tincture and a roll of tape and a packet of instant glucose!! I I'm very pleased with this so far!!

Good
The ifak is mostly good, but the Velcro backing holds the ifak on way too much.I have my ifak running small of back on my duty belt, and using there provided keepers the ifak releases at the keepers not from the Velcro backing. If you were going to self rescue it'd be a pain in the ass times 10. The keepers need to be better, and the Velcro backing doesn't need to be so strong. The pack does fit most of your ifak kit, and you can attach a tq holster under it to run a tq and shears.

Excellent Product!
I would like to point out that one of the loops/keepers was damaged right out of the packaging.. I was unable to secure it around my duty belt due to one of the snaps being broke off.. but despite this immediate flaw, the actual pouch itself seemed to be of good quality and isn't bulky enough to notice around my 32 inch waist. I am currently using one of my belt keepers to secure the pouch until the seller can rectify the damages.UPDATE: Seller replaced the damage product and has performed as expected. Thank you.

Great product
This is actually a great small of back ifak pouch. It lets you customize it to how you like and what you like. It's not bulky so when you are sitting it doesn't feel like a huge bulge. For me it fits a chest seal, several different types of gauze, field dressing, compressed bandage, roll of medical tape, Band-Aids, 2 sets surgical gloves, several ointments and a tourniquet. It still has room for more. Maybe a small pouch of quick clot or something to that nature. Throw a sharpie in there too.
