I like the color and fabric and they are a comfortable chair, solid. Vibration isn't strong but I like it and the heat is nice in my back. Chairs were easy to assemble and look good.

I've enjoyed this chair quite a bit and the massage function is pleasant, though not particularly strong. I would say the chair is a bit smaller than I expected and I don't have head support with it unless I have the chair fully reclined. With that said, the chair doesn't really fully recline. I can sit in it comfortably with the leg rest extended, but fully reclining back requires you to balance in a way that is hard to sustain. But it's fine cause just having the legs extended is very comfy. Love this chair and I'd recommend it. I will say though that it is heavy and it will be difficult to disassemble, so just plan on leaving it where you set it up.

I was worried about ordering this chair due to the reviews, but decided to order it anyway. They have made great improvements to this chair. The legs are now made of black heavy duty metal, and each leg has four holes to secure it. They provide an Allen wrench and plenty of heavy duty screws. The massage works great! It’s a nice intensity and has lots of functions. It took me about 10 minutes to secure the feet, and attach the arms. The fabric isn’t the best quality, but at this price point that’s to be expected. Overall, it’s a sturdy chair that offers good and firm support.

The chair is small, and feels like it will tip over when you recline in it. The cushions are hard and not comfortable. It won’t stay reclined when it is extended.6/28 update: downgrading to 1 star. The chair became crooked as tho something had broken. Upon examination I found a board had become unattached. The construction s made of particle board and held together with staples!!. I didn’t abuse this chair, it’s made of the cheapest construction available! Don’t waste your money on this junk!8/24 update: I tried to fix with a C clamp. At first, it seemed to work…but I can see that it’s going to fail. The chair is getting lower and lower on the right side. Going to try to get product support, I’ll keep updating

I purchased this chair in good faith. Because it matched my room and it massages and heat ups for my severe back issues. It never laid back like it supposed to . You have to force your upper arms over your head and hold it back by force, it use to lift up easily and now you have to force it out and get and push it back in. I would not recommend you waste your money on this product.

Comfortable but not durable.

The chair was purchased to see if it would help my back issues, in between therapy, and I am well pleased with it, Over the years I have gone through therapy and even Aquatic therapy, this has helped a great deal. I would suggest you contact your doctor before using it, but it’s been great for me.It was really easy to assemble as well, it’s a little small, more of a standard size recliner, if you’re a larger person I would not suggest this for you.
