I just bought it a few days ago, not for me but for my little dog. Same issue as humans and no idea why. He is on a raw diet since little. However he is suffering since 9 month yeast skin infection and seborrheic dermatitis. After 5 months of different VET's visits and thousands of dollars spent I stopped using man made medicines and listening to VETS BLABLABLA, they don't know how to heal, they just suppress the whole issue and make dogs even more sick.I did my own research based on medical studies on at least 85% natural based cures and have been healing my dog little by little. Skin healing takes time. It needs to be approached from the inside with probiotics to kill the bad bacteria in our digestive tract, check on Mineral deficiencies, eat natural food , live stress free, drink lots water to detox your body and try out Homeopathy Remedies, those are absolutely all Nature and a Miracle for my dog. We stopped the itch with them and his fears being alone. He still takes them for flea protection and still getting deep down to cure his skin issues. Do your research. You won't regret. Go visit a licensed Homeopath!!So I found out that pyrithione zinc is the only one able to kill Malessezia yeast infections and helps with seborrheic dermatitis as well.So luckily I found 2 on Amazon. The first one made him itchy so I stopped it right away and will send it back.This one instead as soon I applied it after his bath he did not even move when I applied it. And we have to apply it all around his body parts!! I dried it a bit with the hair blower and put him in his pigiama (to protect his skin from licking, scratching, works like a charm), attention: zinc should not be licked by dogs since it is toxic for them.He is doing fantastic with this lifesaver creme, even only a few days on it made a huge difference. And I feel so much better when he feels good!!

Ok, I've run the gambit from a prescription topical steroid cream paired with ketoconazole (which sorta worked) to any of about 10 different products purchased online which purported to clear up Seborrheic Dermititis (son my scalp and temples). The only other product which worked at all (for me) was one that contained sulfer. But it had such a strong odor, that I had to use it before going to bed because I couldn't stand the way it smelled.So I saw this Dermaharmony product on a Seborrheic Dermititis website and decided what the heck! Its active ingredient, Pyrithione Zinc (same as any number of dandruff shampoos) was one ingredient that I hadn't tried with other creams/ointments. Anyhoo, after about 5-7 days of using this product (along with a Salicylic acid containing face wash) my scalp and temples were nearly totally clear. I still have a few tiny bumps but you REALLY have to look closely to see them. I've been using the product twice a day for roughly a month now and can honestly say NOTHING else, even the prescription medications have worked as good as this odorless, smooth, inexpensive cream. Again, it has worked so well that anyone who didn't know I had an issue with seborrheic dermititis would never know I had a problem. The only issue I have with the cream is that my face can get a little oily later in the day. But, I have quite oily skin to start with so I can't really blame the cream.I can't recommend this cream enough if you'd tried other treatments and they haven't worked well. Again, I think it's the pyrithione zinc that's the magic ingredient for me.Good luck and Godspeed.

I ordered the DermaHarmony Seborrheic Dermatitis Cream on December 6, and received it on December 21. After using it for a little over 2 weeks, I feel that the irritation under my left eye is less irritated -- and I haven't had a worse flareup since I started using it. I still have little bumps, but they are smoother and less inflamed.I like that the cream has no odor. I use it in the morning, and apply sunscreen afterwards, and then again in the evening before going to bed.

I'm very grateful for this product. The redness and flaking on my face was very embarrassing, and it just seemed to get worse the more I washed it — even with extremely gentle, hypoallergenic, products meant to help keep skin clean, moist, and healthy. This stuff is great and works best when applied to moist skin.It took me a while to figure out that what I was seeing on my face was Seborrheic Dermatitis. How my doctor was unable to diagnose it is beyond me, because I had the classic symptoms literally all over my face. The doctor didn't know what it was, but prescribed me Ketoconazole and an antibiotic cream. These did not help as much as coconut oil by itself, so I was mixing everything I could think of that might help and tried using that hybrid with minimal, if any, success. According to my research, this was probably because the pharmaceutical companies don't consider the ingredients in the lotion base to be very important. They are. In fact, many ingredients commonly found in Seborrhea treatments will make it worse over time whether or not the active ingredient is effective. My skin has always responded well to zinc, and the same has been true for my clients, so I looked for a better zinc preparation than what I could find mixed with diphenhydramine at the dollar store and was thrilled to find this product! Zinc was the key, but every ingredient in this cream is helpful, and I believe that's why it works so quickly and so well.This stuff is amazing. I had also ordered some Coal Tar ointment from India at the same time, but the DermaHarmony product arrived very quickly and my issues were mostly resolved by the time the Coal Tar ointment arrived. I still use them both interchangeably on my face and beard to keep the skin under control, and they help tremendously. It has also lessened the amount of scalp dander on my head without even applying it there.
