labwork A/C AC Compressor Clutch Coil Replacement for Mini Cooper Cooper S 2002-2008 CO 11068LC

My r53 ac was not operating, performed some diagnostics and suspected a bad ac clutch coil. Noticed OEM coil had a welded ground and this version did not. Used a washer and grounded it behind mounting bracket on body of compressor. Overall Great product

Installed smoothly. Fit was great and it worked perfectly. Much better than the OEM clutch that I changed.

Can't beat the price on a part that got the AC working again. So far it has held up well. The only issue was the wiring pigtail was just a bit too long and needed to tied down to prevent it from rubbing against the rotating clutch.

If you have the tools and know-how, this part, rather than the compressor assembly saved me time, headache and a grip of cash on my R53 05. Just test, the coil from the fuse/relay box under the bonnet in 5 mins with a multimeter, you'll know it's done if you dont get a reading.

Worked great and fixed my problem...for 3 days. Coil is getting power but does not engage. I've attempted to contact the company twice for a solution to the issue with no response. Would not recommend!

Item received on time and as advertised but noticed that, when installing the plug holder, the mounting holes weren't right. May have been a mfg defect or something but had to heat the plastic to re-form it to fit. Once I did that, it worked fine.

I was bought this coil to see if my Mini R53 had a faulty coil and sure enough it was the case. This coil fits perfectly and Ac started right away. Delivery was fast and the packaging was great. Highly recommend this product.
