Not perfect (because of a surface blemish), but it still gets 5 stars.
Overall, I like my Bali Outdoor Fire Pit (rectangle, 42 x 24 x 24 inches, 60,000 BTUs). The flame looks great; it has height and length (thanks to rectangular shape of the fire ring) and can be dialed up or down. I didn't have an issue with the ignitor - everything worked on the first try. No issues with connecting the propane tank. If you have a propane grill, it's the same set-up. The fire pit serves my purposes: smallish, relatively inexpensive, decent flame height, stable, solid top to hold a cup of tea, and the height of the fire pit matches the height of my current deck chairs and bench. And, because I'm a square-ish guy, I wanted a rectangle fire ring as opposed to a circular fire ring.I'm not a DIY type so I wasn't looking forward to assembling the fire pit. The box was heavy and likely due to the ceramic tiles and the blue fire rocks. The fit pit, itself, is very light - think sturdy alloy steel, but definitely not heavy. For lack of a better description, think of it as a sturdy tin rectangular box. For the price, though, it was fine. I didn't have need for a fire pit worth thousands of dollars for the deck.I assembled the fire pit by myself and it took about 1.5 hrs. The instructions were straight-forward. All the nuts and bolts were shrink-wrapped (you'll need a Phillips screwdriver) so there were no loose screws floating around in the box. None of the ceramic tiles were broken, cracked, or chipped. There was an imperfection on the top near a corner; looked like a smudge/flaw inherent in the metal that should have been caught by quality assurance after it was manufactured. Not a deal-breaker, but when you buy these types of things online, you get what you pay for, and you have to cross your fingers. I usually expect something to be wrong. Sad, but that's the state of e-commerce. On the backend is shipping: with heavy boxes, you hope for the best. I watched the delivery guy haul the fire pit box out of his truck without much care with regard to handling. I'm surprised there wasn't severe damage, especially to the ceramic tiles. But the manufacturer does get credit: it was very well packed. (Just to be safe, I took photos of the shipping box, which had some exterior damage, and other photos, as I opened the box and surveyed the contents. All this in case I had to send it back.)I also ordered the Bali Outdoor Fire Pit Cover, khaki (42.2 L x 24.2 W x 22.8 H inch) - fits perfectly. And I ordered the GASPRO Fire Pit Wind Guard (Series 401/403 Fire Table, 29 x 13 Inch rectangular). The wind guard fits fine. It's heavy, which is a good thing, and assembly did take some effort. I live where it's windy so I'm not sure if the wind guard is all that successful. I like the heat from a fire pit and I don't yet know if the wind guard is blocking the heat. [When there is no wind, the flame looks great.] Lastly, I also purchased some white fire rocks to mix with the blue fire rocks that came with the fire pit.FYI: Once you unpack the fire pit, you will have LOTS of Styrofoam and recyclable cardboard. My floor was a mess, and you really should find a large area to assemble the fire pit. Makes the process go a lot faster.

Great table! Good warmth and good looks. Oh and a great price!
This is a high quality table! I wasnāt sure what to expect but when it arrived, I was excited to assemble it as a surprise to my wife.It took me 60 minutes from unboxing to lighting it! That is how easy this was to assemble. I only needed a power drill! The instructions were very easyThe quality at first seemed flimsy but when it all comes together, itās a solid table! It looks great, it is quite sturdy and level and the tiles look modern but not dated.I will say that when I first lit it, it did not stay on. I made sure not to cover the vent at the top with rocks but I did not do enough and it could not breathe. So you really need to keep a LOT more space than you think. Otherwise it will not stay lit and it goes out. See photo on how I set mine up so you know what works.I showed these photos to friends and now they are buying one! These days with Covid hang out spaces in our yards, these tables are a must! It is elegant, tough, well designed and itās quite safe. Bally goes out of their way to ensure your safety. This is the one to get out of all the choices! No need for the glass inserts. The flames are strong and it wonāt go out.As far as noise: mine is perfect. The flames make a little noise but thatās normal. I do not hear the gas operation at all.

Great table for the $ā¦4 1/2 stars
We love the fire table. Have had it two weeks now and love the convenience of being able to have a fire in just a few minutes, with no smoke or ashes. Handsome and reasonably sturdy for the money. Would be 5 full stars if the tiles fit better in the top, the fire glass had been packaged better and the igniter was better quality. The gas was on LOW in the picture; it is capable of putting some heat out. Would have gladly paid $100 more to have had the cover and wind screen included, both of which you will want.Tested the igniter immediately following assembly and it was the first and only time it worked. After connecting the tank and soap testing all the fittings, that was all she wrote. Dead as a door nail even with a new battery. Not a big deal, I just use a long nosed butane lighter to fire it up. The soapy water must have shorted something out. Weeks later, still dead. Lesson learned - keep anything wet away from the back of the igniter. The internal box holding the large blue fire glass marbles broke open during shipping, and they were actually spilling out of the box as the FedEx freight guy was taking it off of the truck. They were everywhere inside the shipping box but fortunately didnāt scratch anything up rolling around. We needed to add about 5# of additional fire glass to fill up the burner tray.Took about an hour to unbox and assemble. Pay attention to the line in the instructions to not tighten the bolts holding the side panels together until all of them are in place. Everything needs to jostle around about 1/8ā for them all to align as a unit. Then you can snug them up.Buy the matching cover! Irritating it wasnāt included to begin with. Still waiting for the glass wind screen to be delivered- on a slow boat from China no doubt. Any wind >7-8 mph will have the fire blowing sideways. All in all we are happy with it. Enjoying the mesmerizing tranquility of the flames dancing in the moonlight as we sip an evening cocktail.

Beautiful š
This is a well constructed, beautiful firepit. Less than 30 minutes to assemble, the blue fire glass chips are an upscale addition (& the fire reflecting against them is mesmerizing)! Definitely would buy again!

Beautiful and great quality
We searched high and low for a good quality outdoor fireplace. Were from Ontario⦠bought a $400 fireplace from Rona and had to exchange the first one because the resin and grout was falling out of the table top of the fireplace. Even the second one we tried had the same defectā¦We couldnāt seem to find good quality and a nice good height, good size rectangle fireplace anywhere for less than 1k and we didnāt want to spend thatā¦Well this one is it! Very easy to install and great quality. The ignition makes it easy to turn on. The flame is nice and hot on low ( we havenāt had to turn it higher), itās consistent too. The ceramic plates are nice and heavy/great qualityIt matches our outdoor set perfectlyI would highly suggest this fireplace. So happy with our purchaseI just wish it came with a protective material cover. But thereās many to purchase on Amazon

Nice Fire table
This table is the perfect addition to our outdoor space. Perfect to take the chill and dampness out of the air. We have this on our deck which is covered, and it works Great even in the rain. UPDATE After about a month the glass rocks started to shatter, I notified the company and they said it was because of dampness, and to get a rain cover. The table is under a covered deck and has never been rained on. It could be that the rocks were damp from dew, but I donāt think so. They did however send me replacement glass rocks, I just want to let you know, that if they shatter they are VERY SHARP, please take caution with children.
