I have been taking this supplement for a few months now and notice a big difference in my focus and energy levels. On days I forget to take the supplement, I can tell a difference and feel much more sluggish.

It is a brand that my doctor recommended several years a go as a brand they can trust. Unfortunately they increased the already high dose, a few years ago. IDK why companies have to make doses at 100's or 1000's of times the RDA. Wish they could just give us 100% max. Seems like we pay for a lot more than our bodies need.

Love this product and I use it regularly

I need supplemental folic acid due to the meds I take for rheumatoid arthritis. Unfortunately I also have an inability to process folic acid into the bioavailable form L-methylfolate. These supplements are easy to take, have no taste, and are quality products. I’ve been taking them for over a year and just ordered a bottle for my sister. They are much better absorbed than folic acid. As a physician I’ve recommended them to many of my patients. Don’t hesitate to buy these!
