I bought this book a while ago, twice actually because one was the kindle. I'm that impressed by the program that I keep the kindle on my phone until I memorize the routines!Marlon shows how he combined Isometrics with self resistance exercise to not only build mass but strength as well! As stated in the Table of Contents: Isometrics are the barbell to self resistance and calisthenics. Well planned routines that'll pump you up and everything explained in detail enough for you to create your own routines if you're so inclined!Next up he has a fat melting routine that'll elevate your resting MBR ( MetaBolic Rate) similar to how Tabata does but this is not Tabata! But it's high intensity and will have you dripping puddles of sweat! Such intense activity also helps produce gobs of GH which burns fat and helps muscles grow!TLDR In my opinion, this program is well worth the price. A way to add volume and kick up your gains if you lift or just help get the gains if you don't like the iron. 10 out of 5!Cheers

This book suffers from poor presentation. Photos are dull, many grammatical errors, lack of proper punctuation. Why wasn't an editor consulted. Editing isn't expensive and there are tons of editors around. Even a person with a high school diploma could have helped in this regard. Nevertheless, the content is excellent.

Doesn’t get results for all the work!
Bought 3 of his books all I did is gain weight and get injuries no results.

This program works great!
Amazing book! I started this program a couple months ago and love it. It does a great job in laying out the exercises and how to do them in each phase. I have noticed an increase in muscle tone pretty quickly.

Nothing Special
I gave it a one star because there really isn't anything in there that will benefit u in anyway.Just basic garbage.The first 2 books were the best.The rest of his books I believe r just to get more money.Dont waste ur time but that's my opinion.

Lots of good moves and ideas for anyone looking to workout with no devices, just using your own body.

In the tradition of Old Time Strongmen
Not quite encyclopedic, but a dizzying amount of well illustrated, clearly explained exercises for all the muscles you want to show off on the beach and more. Plus multiple routines to meet any fitness goal. Highly recommend

This is probably the worst fitness book I've ever purchased!
The photographs were horrible blurry black and whites. The poses were very poor nothing like what I got from my personal trainer. just a waste of time and money.
