Love this Herbal TeaThe price was worth it and the taste is good. Sometimes I put a little honey in it but you don’t have to.I notice my digestive system is better, this is a pre-biotic tea.I will buy it again I’m almost finish the box.

Burdock root tea
This is the first time drinking burdock root tea and although the taste is not that good I steep one tea bag in boiling bottled water and add a little honey and lemon to give it a better flavor. Burdock root is excellent for your health and I find it easier to drink the tea than any other way of ingesting it.

hubby wanted this
Hubby is trying the natural to way fix something in his life and this is one of those things we are trying, I say we since I brew it for him and he drinks it. I appreciate being able to find this since we are in winter and cannot grow my own for him. Good price packaged well and arrived in a timely manner, not sure what more I could ask for.

We love this tea! Gives great dreams!
I drank the Burdock root tea for the first time and found the taste- interesting like a lightly perfumed woodsy flavor.During my sleep-which the quality of sleep was amazing (fitbit let me know) and the dream I had was nice, fun, and peaceful. It told my husband (prone to night terrors) of my dream and he decided to pur himself a cup that night. He woke up refreshed and had an amazing dream and said it was a fun dream he hasn't had in a long time. We are both drinking it most nights and loving it.I did some googling to see if we are just crazy and it says many reign Burdock root as a positive dream enhancer- we are believers and can attest to that.Love the tea and quality I just wish we didn't rip a few bags so make sure you are not ripping into your tea bag when you open it!Thanks Buddha Teas from Utah!

Opening the tea bag
Every time I've opened the bag. The paper bag, that holds the tea, rips. It doesn't matter if I open from top, bottom or the side. The paper bag comes open. I have to place it in another bag. So 2 bags holds the tea. Please make outer bag larger so thus doesn't happen. The tea itself is good. Very mild.

Earthy Taste
It definitely has that woody aroma. I like the taste, makes me feel clean LOL. But it does keep the bloating down, that’s what it did for me.
