I purchased this flash drive for my grandmother. She wanted to have one to take photos off her phone and put them on her computer easy. Plus, she writes/types stories a lot and wanted to be able to store them since her cheap laptops always die. This flash drive is just perfect for her. It's well made, works great AND it comes in a nice little metal carrying case which will help her to not lose it. I think my only question or concern is that the Android adapter doesn't seem to be made of the same metal/material. It's okay though. She won't be using it as much as the USB and mini USB. It will definitely work for her for quite some time.

It's nice to have a flash drive that would work on almost anything you use every day. I purchased this to load movies and shows from my computer and watch them on my TV. But often found myself using it with my smartphone and tablet as well. And I think this is the first time I've seen a flash drive that has a higher capacity than the listing. And on top of everything, the construction of it has a metal casing, as well as the little metal box it came in. Feels exceptionally premium.

I too got the message “not connected” when I first plugged the flash drive into my iPad. But, upon close inspection, I found that the case the iPad was in was slightly blocking the connection. The drive worked perfectly on the iPad once out of it’s case. Downloaded 23 photos in about 15 seconds.

I was having problems uploading my photos and videos. I contacted the company and they refunded my purchase price. They were excellent about correcting the problem. Too bad this unit wouldn’t work with my computer.

Customer support was very responsive and fair. The iOS 11 Phone videos do not transfer properly. They transfer like a sound file. CS offered a full refund after they learned of my challenge. I still use it for transfer to and from laptop/iPhone photos and it does very well.

Where the electronics is concerned, I am only a ignorant, I have no patience to research how to use them. So what I need the flash drive is easy to use.And It’s just what I want and I began to move my pictures and videos from my phone to the flash drive after I got it without any problems.

** Good quality: Feel pretty solid, and cool in hand since it is full mental (seems no plastic parts which is a bit surprising), with a nice little (metal, again) carrying case, which is great to protect the USB.** Easy to use: plugged in iPhone to see a pop up to download the app, transfer photos/videos between phone and the USB, the speed feels quite fast.** 128GB is more than I need I guess - my iPhone comes with only ~32 GB LOL (shame on you Apple ;-) )** Can be used with both iPhone and Android devices, did not have a chance to test it with my old Android phone yet.Overall, a happy buy!
