The IM508 is an amazing scanner. Have had it for about 2 years now and it’s been my go to ever since. Great for programming keys and diagnostics! Very simple to use as well!Highly recommend this scanner!Customer service is amazing as well!

So far this item is pretty good and is fast at loading. Now I just need to get some of there other products to add to my collection.

First off I’d like to give a disclaimer that I am no mechanic, I’m a home “mechanic” or for my own vehicles. Now since that’s said this product is amazing. I haven’t tried half of the things that it is capable of doing but I have programmed a couple of keys and that was a cinch. I’ve had a couple of buddies of mine who had vehicles that had the check engine light and we read and diagnose those things the best of our ability and then they took it to a mechanic that could help him further. This device is just nice to have so that you can start to understand the things that are going on with these vehicles that are newer that you can’t just diagnose by looking at them. It’s impressive how in-depth all the information is that it grabs from the vehicle. If you buy this you will be impressed, I sure am.

Having not used a programmer before and being nervous that I could possibly screw up the trucks programming, the IM508 worked perfectly. Less than 10 minutes from start to finish for a first time user to program two additional keys for a truck, that’s a definite win in my book.

Unable to link most sub systems and most importantly EKW couldn't be reset nor link to key.

The media could not be loaded.  IT’s was super easy to program key for 2009 Honda Accord and I’m a beginner with I’m 508s with xp400 but it’s easy with all the instructions.

I thought it was the best investment I've made for fixing cars, very intuitive user manual not needed just follow the prompts easily understood. I've had to update and downgrade my review since. Once you decide not to renew your subscription after a years use. Autel becomes a paper weight you're bombarded to renew subscription or you can't use the device any longer if you're on the streets with no internet connection. It won't allow you to even log onI bought it for personal use not shop use. I'm not concerned with any other car models and features. Would not recommend this product.

Device is very advanced with its features and do far am very impressed with its capabilities!

I had a problem to unlock the key before programming. I return the product and they refund only 50% of my money. that is not fair to loose money for the product that not functioning.
