Primitives by Kathy Nordic Countdown Block, Snowman

This is really cute but as others noted; you have to find your own twigs for arms. No problem….I had some snowy branches I bought at hobby lobby so I just snipped off a tiny piece. Now for the negative….actually this is a personal thing but you can count down further out than the 25 days. I realize advent calendars are 25 days but I decorate early so wanted to start using this now to count down

I would have rated this higher as I like the product, however I feel like it’s deceptive as pictured. They show it with arms, which I love. It doesn’t arrive with arms though. I received my first one and thought it was defective so I sent it back for a replacement. I received the second one which also had no arms. Yet both had holes for arms. I flipped it to the back and noticed it has a sticker that says you need to add arms. If it doesn’t come with the arms there should be a disclaimer stating that for potential buyers. I can’t find any on here. My son went out and found some tiny twigs for arms, but not nearly as cute as what’s pictured. I imagine I’m not the only one who’s sent this product back due to poor advertising. Hope they add the disclaimer to the the page in an obvious spot for those who wouldn’t know to be looking for it.

Very cute. Would have been five stars but it does not come with arms and the ribbon that is attached to the number blocks makes it look messy. But sticks for the arms weren't hard to find and I just cut the ribbons off.

Quality of the wrapping was greatest! Would buy from again. Recommended. Immensely pleased

Cute & appears to be sturdy. Arms out of wire or plastic should be included & I assumed they were, but you have to find sticks for arms.

Met all expectations with one exception...the twig arms were not included.

Looks like they mis-drilled an arm hole & ruined the front of the snowman. The ribbon was also very frayed at one end. Both imperfections were straight out of the very protective wrapping, which tells me they have ZERO quality assurances in place prior to packaging & shipping.There also wasn’t anything in the description indicating that you had to supply your own “twigs” for arms. I live in an actual desert, surrounded by only cactus. It sounds weird, but I don’t have access to twigs like other parts of the world.Update: seller apologized & issued a refund without making me take the steps to return. Class act in that regard.
