Ordered a firm queen pillow and received within 48 hrs. It was beautifully packaged as it should have been at their pricepoint. The first night of sleep was disappointing as the pillow was just too firm. I called c/s the following day and explained my concerns and was given the options to return or replace, but I opted for the third option which was to keep the pillow and let the down settle ....I was skeptical but I accelerated the settling process with a board and about 80 lbs of weighs. After three days I noticed the difference and the pillow was softer and the down had matted just enough to make it very comfortable. Sarah was right and I am glad I kept the pillow. It is like a fine wine...gets better with age! Now I have better sleep, no stiff neck and no tossing and turning!

Great pillow!I originally ordered the standard soft. It arrived beautifully packaged, along with a really cool travel bag.Ultimately after trying it for a few nights, however, it ended up being TOO soft, so I called Lincove customer service.Melissa was absolutely amazing, and helped guide me to a better pillow for my needs.It turns out the king-size pillow with medium fill is a better choice for me, as a side sleeper. I just needed a bit more support.The process was incredibly easy, due to Melissa’s excellent customer service. Truly … she made my day with how helpful and polite she was. Service like that is incredibly rare these days. I give Lincove 5 stars for both the product AND the service.The new pillow arrived promptly, and also contained another beautiful and handy travel bag. The king size, medium fill pillow is a great fit for me, as a petite side sleeper.I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for YEARS, and I think I’ve finally found it. This Lincove pillow is like sleeping on a comfy cloud. Still supportive, but SO soft and marshmallow-ey.I was initially unsure about paying this much for a pillow, but then I thought about it as an investment in my sleep, and it became clear that the price is 100% worth it. After all, we use our pillows for several hours a night, every night. And the warrantee is for 5 years. Normally I replace my (lower quality) pillows about once a year. So this is a very solid investment, in my opinion.I will definitely be recommending this pillow to friends and family!

I recently tried the Lincove Down Pillow, and I have to say, it’s one of the best pillows I’ve ever used. It’s filled with soft Canadian down, which makes it feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. Even though it’s super soft, it still gives my head and neck the support they need, especially since I usually sleep on my side or back.What I Liked: Comfort: The pillow is really soft but doesn’t let my head sink too much, so I stay in a comfortable position all night. Quality: The materials are top-notch. It’s made from Canadian white down with a cotton cover, which keeps me cool at night and seems really durable. Customer Service: The customer service is amazing. I had a question about the pillow, and Sarah, one of their agents, was super helpful and quick to respond.Things to Consider: Cost: The pillow is definitely on the expensive side, so it’s an investment. Care: It does need some extra care, like regular fluffing and maybe even dry cleaning, to keep it in good shape.ConclusionOverall, I’m really happy with the Lincove Down Pillow. I have had this pillow for only a few days, but I can report that it sets itself apart from other down-pillows that I have recently purchased from Amazon (and returned), solely on the basis that it is what Lincove says it would be. The Lincove "Cloud" down pillow is a fluffy, full, soft and luxurious pillow that holds its shape.I ordered two other down pillow products on Amazon that I will not name here and returned them for the simple and unfortunate reason that they were misrepresented. Misrepresentation, so inaccurate that it has to be on purpose. The pillows I got did not remotely approach the quality promised by the vendor.Buyer beware.I can attest however, that the Lincove pillow I bought, (while expensive) is what they promise, and at least to me, that justifies the cost.I am keeping the one I bought and am buying another.

I have been looking for quality goose down pillows for some time. I have never slept on anything else. I am 65 and grew up on our family farm. We own that farm now along with our own. My parents are gone three and two years ago. The point is that every summer we would raise 100 chickens, 25 ducks, 15 turkeys and 15 white mean geese. Everything got butchered by us women and in the fall when you do the ducks and geese. My mom made goose down pillows from these goose’s chest. The last pair she made for me was for our wedding, 47 years ago. We still have those although the ticking has changed. They are cleaned by a company that comes to town in the Summer. These pillows feel just like home. They are perfectly stuffed and soft just like they’re supposed to be. Thank you for making such a quality item. I never leave home without my pillow. It gets stuffed literally into my suitcase and fluffs up beautifully later. These come with their own travel bag. How nice. As we head to Key West Florida in January again, one of my new pillows will be coming also. I will be buying another set down the road.

My husband and I both have neck issues and have tried so many different pillows. I ordered a pair of SOFT pillows for us. I love mine but it was too soft for him. I contacted Shannon at Customer Support to swap and get a MEDIUM pillow for him instead and they immediately responded and made sure we both have the pillows we wanted. I’m extremely impressed with their pillows & support!!!

I purchased the medium Queen and it is the perfect level of support while still giving me the ability to mold it the way I need (I am a side sleeper). The price was also better than the other high-end down pillows with the same (if not better) quality.

These pillows are really truly amazing, fluffy full down with no pokey feathers. But even better is the customer service! This company really stands behind their product and when they say satisfaction guaranteed they mean it. You can buy with confidence from them.
