I am using this for a 11X13 frame. The stand is a bit small for this but so far I have not had any issues. I would recommend using with a smaller frame for added stability.

I purchased this for my son who had a geode slice he wanted to display. It's sturdy, looks nice and does its job. I think he'd like it more if it didn't have the swirls on it but this is the only one we could find in this size that had good reviews.

I did a Google search to see what size stand I would need for a large plate and I found out it needs to be about 3/4 of the depth of the object you plan to display. This arrived exactly as pictured and excellent quality for the price.

The easel is OK, but the design did not suit my purpose. The two curls in the front interfere with the display of my art work. The stem in the back can become unstable if not set in place properly.
