I have a labradoodle puppy who has grown to be three times the size he was when I bought this. It still works really well. It's nice and thick, but very light and easy for both of us to use. (I need to get a long lead of this material!) It goes on and off fast, and does restrain him pretty well. The only two small downsides are: (1) it will tighten and stay tight if you have to pull too much (this can be mitigated by stopping and easing it a bit after some epic struggle like a bunny shooting by); and (2) when the doodle's doo is too long, I have to be careful not to catch his fur between the rubber slide stopper and the rope (he has lost a few tufts to this). I think it would fit any size dog and because it's so light and so quick and easy to put on and take off, it's a very useful to take along. He chewed it once when we first got it, but it barely frayed it and did not do any structural damage. Excellent product (and the colors are so nice).

I rarely write reviews but feel like this product warranted one. When I say that I have tried every leash on the planet for pulling (including a super expensive one that shocks the dog when they pull), I am not exaggerating.This leash is incredible! Zero pulling. My dog likes to keep a little bit attention on the line while I’m walking her with this, which is miraculous, considering my shoulder was being pulled out of its socket every time I walked her with any other leash.The directions aren’t great so you kinda have to go by the picture without to put it on, but after a few times, it’s super easy.If your dog pulls, I doubt you would regret buying this product.

Exactly what I was looking for: light-weight, dogs respond to their own pulling w/o choking themselves out, and it fits to their individual body. I have sampled many things w/ my pups, and so far this system has worked the best. I worried it was too simple, but their responses have been great. I use these as their “walking” leashes. Initially thought they were priced a bit high, but for how they are working and holding up, it’s reasonable. I do wish there was a ring on it JUST for use w/ doggo seatbelts for the car, as I don't like having to attach to a collar for that. It has a ring on it, but as that is part of the adjustable “fit” portion of the harness, I don’t believe it would work well for that purpose. An added ring where the leash handle slides through would be a great addition!

This is amazing! Stops pulling and looks nice! The adjustability on it is very nice and easy to use. My only problem is the fit on my bigger chested dog. Sometimes it goes up further on his neck than I would like as more of a collar type thing.

Item is good quality and simple to use. My large dogs loves it but he isn't a puller so I am not sure how effective it will be with that aspect.

They do a lousy job of telling you how to use it, but once you figure it out, it's the coolest harness EVER! Our 94-pound lab was so uncomfortable in the strap harnesses we used on him, so much so that he wouldn't even move until we pulled him off his spot. He looked and sniffed at this rope harness and totally accepted it for what it was. Absolutely protects his windpipe and neck vertebra, putting the "pull" around his chest. He instantly recognizes that we are trying to get his attention with the least pull on the lead. Soft, strong, lightweight. It's genius.

The rescue we got our dogs from recommended this product. Once we figured out the proper way to put it on our boys, we were happy. He still pulls but I know he’s safe on this leash.

These are the only leashes I use. They stop any pulling...and they are impossible to back out of. Genius design...so simple but it works!!

Effective but complicated to put each time

I have a German Shepherd and have purchased numerous leashes and no pull harnesses. Nothing compares to this item. My dog does not pull at all while wearing this. Easy to put on, reflective for night time, comfortable handle. I highly recommend buying one of these.
